I walked into the restaurant and there were 2 employees there. One sitting at a table eating, and another in the back behind the counter working. Neither looked up for 10 minutes. Finally the employee behind the counter acknowledged me and took my order. I order an Italian club, no oil/vinegar made it a meal. He must have realized that I had been standing there for a while so he just charged me for the sandwich. I thanked him. Sandwich was made quickly and I left. I at the sandwich driving down the st, but obviously was so hungry I didnt realize I was missing the meat. Lol. Only because I am at my destination and can appreciate the taste of the sandwich did I realize I was just eating lettuce, tomato, oregano and mayo. Smh. I dont have the energy to call, go back or to be angry. But $9.51 for bread, shredded lettuce, tomato, mayo and oregano is Crazy work. I’ve attached a photo. I was that hungry…. smh. LOL.

This Jimmy John’s in Bakery Square serves sandwiches, wraps, sides, desserts, and drinks. For lunch I ordered a small Turkey Tom submarine sandwich and a bottled water, and the employees gave them to me in a reasonable amount of time. The dining area had some tables and chairs. I really liked the freshness and flavors of my Turkey Tom.

I love jimmy John’s but I have an issue every time I go into this location now. I ordered a veggie and they put pickles on it, which it doesn’t come with. Additionally I thought I saw that so I asked if it had pickles and they assured me it did not have pickles, I was seeing the cucumbers. And the sandwich bread was all soggy from the pickles that I didnt ask for, don’t come with the sandwich and I don’t like.The last time, the bread was so hard i couldn’t eat the sandwich. I threw both away. I will not be back to this location.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered in july a catering order. My order was missing the variety cookies and the subs had hair in it. I tried to resolve without leaving a review. I attempted to call IMMEDIATELY and they kept hanging up on me . I contacted corporate and they gave me the manager Taylor . She said she would follow up I didn’t hear anything so I called a month later in attempts to resolve still nothing then 9/9 she said they mailed a check with refund still NOTHING . I followed up 9/17 she said it was sent followed up 9/26 still nothing today 9/30 NOTHING even with first class mail it doesn’t take almost a month . I doubt it’s even been sent . This was served to high profile people who was disgusted upon finding hair in food. Don’t go here !

I feel petty writing this, but SOMEONE needs to take ownership. We love JJ’s but have had so many issues at this location. From orders taking 20minutes (even though there’s not a long queue at all), to forgetting to add PAID add-ons like avocado spread. When seeking to remedy these concerns, no one is available to take a phone call or respond to an email.

I just went into bakery Square Jimmy Johns mind you it’s about 3:15. I ordered a turkey Tom 8 inch and a Beach Club 8 inch which I asked for the free combo upgrade. The male worker said he didn’t know if the store was still participating in the deal which came out about a week ago. He said I’ll have to ask my manager which he never did but if that is the case why is it a sign right by the register that says after 2pm buy a sandwich and get a free combo upgrade. Why participate in Specials if your employees don’t honor them. I paid $26.41 when it should have been around $18.00 I was with another person when I made the order.

The had no turkey today- no turkey, no sign, no accommodation for those who wanted it… Where is the manager who runs out of food at a not that busy Jimmy John’s? If you stop there, you’re risking that they are out of whatever it is that you want…

The food was delicious but the service was abysmal. The man taking our order stood bent over basically hiding behind the cash register playing on his phone. He wouldn’t stand up to take our order. Then when the order was ready the other man simply stood with the bag. We asked if that was our order and he wouldn’t even verbally respond. He simply shook the bag at us. If I were the manager I would fire them both.

I recently had a bad experience with this jimmy john’s location, but they made up the difference because of our bad experience. They were very apologetic and helpful to resolve my issues regarding the order. I would recommend this location. 🙂
