Food was good over 6+ months ago. I ordered a medium size cheese pizza & bread sticks with marinara for pick up. Lady was rude over the phone because I asked her to repeat the price again after she stated the INCORRECT price to begin with. When I got the pizza it was overly drenched in cheese (I did not ask for extra cheese btw) before they did not do that. The pizza was also way too soggy from the grease AND the pizza was cut very poorly and lazily. Cheese sticks and marinara sauce tasted old and it just was not as fresh as it was before.

I’ve been coming here for multiple months (about half a year) and have been getting some combination of extra cheese & pepperoni. Today when I received my pizza, my pepperoni was missing. I told the employees and she said she would remake my pizza. About 10 minutes later I come back for the remake & she tells me the pepperoni was underneath the cheese and that’s how they make it there. Cool so yea they’ve been making my pizza wrong this whole time and because of this, I had a certain expectation. The employee proceeded to argue with me about this as if my previous orders couldn’t just be brought up via my phone number on their website. IlThe entire interaction was completely unprofessional, lacked any signs of remorse, or plans to rectify. OH! I almost forgot, it’s Saturday night and if I want my well deserved refund I was told to wait until Monday?? I have absolutely no issue with mistakes, I’ve worked in food service myself, but when you or someone you work with makes a mistake. OWN UP TO IT & MAKE IT RIGHT. Tiffany’s Pizza on Turney will not be seeing my business again.

Sitting at parking lot at Tiffany’s Pizza. Wanted to pass on this positive review to those looking for a great bite at a great price (hoping the owner sees it too). Was in the area gwtting some other business done and starving so followed my rule that the locals know the best joints and askwd where I might go – and was directed to Tiffany’s aas the only place to try. To my great pleasure this business is the epitome of those I love to support – owner operated with the owner present and engaged. When I arrived I was ecstatic to hear they do slices (and however you want them) as even the person who said “go” was not sure they did less tgan a small pie. Talked with the owner and learned a lot – customers can not stay snd eat, they deliver in a small radius but Door Dash has allowed those further away to get product. Slices were great but owner said their on site specialty breads and Grinders (great prices) with thia bread were what they were moat known for. Final note (owner said wvening shift was arriving), by the time I left and have sat here in the car, Tiffany’s is HOPPING. I wondered with five staff standing around as I first entered and
tge owner saying night shift was coming on what he meant, but as it is now a factory humming like clockwork with a steady line of take out (and delivery folk) I understand. Keep up the good work you are an inspiration to the small businessman. TOUCHE!

Been getting pizza here for years, love all their food! But yesterday for the first time, All 3 pizzas I ordered were just horrible and terribly under cooked! What happened people? Is it somebody that’s not trained? I hope it never happens again! You’ve always had great food!! Please find out why!

Awesome pizza!! I would choose this over a chain pizza place any day! I ordered 10 mins to close for pick up the ladies were so nice and kind about it. The crust was perfect! You can either get square cut or circle. I would definitely order from this place again.
