Grateful to have this brewery in our neighborhood! I have been impressed with the service and energy of all of the staff and Manager Evan. The handmade tortillas for the tacos are a gamechanger, I love the veggie burger with mushroom patty made in-house, and their cocktails may even be better than the beer. Elevated bar food with tons of TVs, good people, and dog and kid friendly. 10/10!

I had the butternut squash soup and the Colorado trout for my meal. It was amazing! My son had the chicken sandwich and the string french fries had the perfect seasoning! My husband had the burger at the double and loved everything. The smashed potatoes were amazing. Great band playing on the patio and the service was great.

Generally we enjoy the food, drinks and atmosphere of this location. That being said they do take advantage of their touristy location and up charge for things above what they might really be worth. Our last visit there I ordered 3 tacos for $17, and one of them (fish) had literally one bite of meat. It was a great bite… but damn… not worth $17. I guess we just accept this as tourism tax??

This place scores 5 stars on multiple levels. Not kidding. Atmosphere 5, service 5, food taste and quality 5, cleanliness 5. I eat out multiple times a week and this place is punching above its weight class every time.

We used to love Westys and have been regular customers for a while. We are big into supporting local restaurants. However, we noticed that they have changed their menu and now presumably use Sysco as their distributor. Their food formerly tasted like a scratch kitchen and now tastes like a frozen and reheated kitchen. You could eat the exact same thing for cheaper at the grocery store… don’t waste your money. We are really disappointed and would love the establishment to reconsider this decision.

I had a good time at Capitol Creek Brewery. I didn’t order food but smelling everything that was coming out of the kitchen made me hungry. The trout looked fantastic!
I was here for the beer. And it did not disappoint. I ordered a flight and literally everything I had was delicious. They were busy, so the bartender didn’t really have time to chat.
But the beers here are recommended. Super nice place too.

If you’re passing through the area and looking for some delicious food, stop here. The truffle potatoes were amazing, the tacos were delicious that I got two more chicken tacos. The spicy margarita was one of the best spicy margs I’ve had and you can’t beat the happy hour! The only negative I would say about the food is the fish taco was a sad small fish stick in a tortilla, otherwise the other tacos are great and I will come back when I’m in town again!

After my friends and I completed the Capitol Creek Circuit Loop we decided to stop here for foods. Very nice environment and our waitress was super awesome. The drinks and foods were delicious. If you have not tried the duck wings those are super incredibly delicious. Highly recommend the duck wings. The burgers were delicious as well.
Thanks to the waitress for the free shots. Really appreciate the customer service and definitely coming back to this place again.

I love the beer battered and fried “BANG BANG SHRIMP” and the sauce of “TRUFFLED POTATOES”! And it’s a dog friendly restaurant.

Fantastic stouts, I had the aged midnight run, double barrel, aged imperial stout…loved it! Taking home Barrel aged double absence…loved it! If you like the high ABV, both of these were 15 and 16% alcohol and the happy hour free shot that came with the first one was nice. Had a Screwball peanut butter whiskey (and I don’t like Peanut Butter) that was fantastic! My smashed burger and green chili stew were great also. The bartender, Matt, informative and honest, (there was something he had not tried, so he didn’t try to sell it to me, he said he had not tried it) atmosphere was great and kid friendly. Lots of TV’s and friendly staff.
