T-mobile Tuesday and we showed up for the free entree. No onions and peppers! That’s ridiculous…. it’s a staple! I’m asking for a vegetarian salad bowl. First minus: guacamole is not free with the veggie bowl. Chipotle wins!!!!

So we come here somewhat often because we love Moe’s in general. HOWEVER, this location sucks. We only come here because it’s the closest one to where we live. We have gotten our moneys worth probably one time in the handful we’ve had it. We usually both get the bowl and they are beyond skimpy with the toppings and the bowl isn’t even at least half filled, EVER. They also always forget some type of topping which okay mistakes happen, but the fact that they barely give any toppings. The bowl is almost $15 i believe and we probably get $5 worth. Beyond overpriced for what you get. They need to either learn to keep bigger portions of the toppings OR lower your prices to actually be worth it. Also, down below is a picture of my bag of chips from last night.. like literally WHAT EVEN IS THIS Beyond ridiculous. The owners need to either talk to their employees or do something about this. Again, make the price lower or give people more food for what they pay for because it isn’t cheap.

I was in the mood for nachos and should’ve drove the extra 15 minutes to Chevys bc the nachos AND service were HORRIBLE! The cashier had an attitude and I believe she was there alone. NO ONE was there to greet me when I walked up…matter of fact I had to yell out “hello” just for her to emerge from the back because I stood there for awhile waiting. NEVER again.

I just purchased from this restaurant in the mall. I watched them give more food to Hispanics & call Hispanics to the front of the line when we were already waiting. I’ll never patronize your business again. That’s what prejudice & racism does.

There was only 2 people ahead of me and somehow it took 30 minutes for me to order and pay. The tomatoes are close to being rotten. The pinto beans looked like they just dumped it out of the can. When they mixed the beans it was gloopy and hard. I asked for light sour cream and I got a ton of sour cream which made my bowl look like a stew. The only thing they got right was the chips and that’s only because it’s made in a machine for them. Terrible service. Terrible quality of food. I do not recommend going to this location. There is a chipotle across the street that I recommend going to instead of this place.

This food vendor at the Arundel Mills mall is mediocre at best. Maybe I made a bad choice getting a bowl with chicken. A burrito may have been a better choice. I didn’t take any pics of my food (your not missing anything trust me), but the mall was packed.

So today I randomly craved a stacker and looked forward to work being over and eating dinner, but ended up being horribly disappointed.
1. They were out of queso and wasn’t informed. Even the app had it in as in stock. For a stacker, the queso is a major ingredient in my opinion.
2. Out of bacon
3. Hard shells are stale
4. Wasn’t cooked fully
5. Sooo dry
6. I can see why this place was dead compared to other places in the food court.
I ended up throwing it away and just making instant ramen. Was not worth the time and effort to walk into the food court and just get overly priced disappointment.
