Ordered $32 worth of inedible food. My 18” xtra large was more like a medium, and it was primarily grease. The Garlic Cheese bread was $9 and was white sub bread with unmelted cheese that smelled like mold. Took one bite and spit it out. Didn’t even try the pizza. Had black burnt pieces on the bottom from other pizzas in the oven, more flour on the bottom than dough (see photo). I guess I should have known when I walked in and all of the bar stools were flipped up and not a soul was in there at 5 on a Saturday. Stood there for 2-3 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there. Had at one point heard really good things about this spot, but it seems to have gone down hill.

The food looks NOTHING like the photos and it’s absolutely disgusting….you pay a decent amount for something you can throw together at home for 5$. I expected good and nice food for the amount I paid for and the pictures I saw and I got the opposite. Please update the photos of what yall say your food looks like cause yall just catfished me. Our food was delicious and our waitress was absolutely wonderful. The pizza was so huge I could only eat 2 slices and my pizza looked like the ones in the commercial with the cheese still hanging on to the other slices. It tasted as good as it looked too. Im looking forward to my leftovers. Our waitress, Cynthia was very attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us multiple times. We had a very positive experience and really enjoyed our time out.

I ordered four hours in advance for my kids bday party. We were told it was ready. Got there to get it and they said 45 minutes til it’s ready… party at the house waiting for food and this place has no idea what’s going on. It was endless chaos for almost two hours over this. My husband is nicer than me and brought home two small cheese pizzas from here to feed the kids that were about to leave and agreed to give them a “couple hours” for the rest of the order. This is the third issue in a row from here… never; ever again. Go anywhere else.
Update: 9 hours after ordering, they tell my husband it’s ready. Our extra large pizzas were disassembled and were just single slices in small boxes… idk what’s going on up there but someone should address

If I could rate in the negative I would. This used to be a good place to go, not so much anymore. It took 55 minutes to get a calzone, the rest of my party were already done with their meal by the time I got mine. Not to mention it caused serious stomach issues within the hour, definitely a sign not to return, ever! I don’t blame the staff either, I blame the owner. If you know what this place used to be vs now you’ll understand 100% what I’m talking about.

The new owner is clueless. We ate there today while at Moonshine Festival. They were very short staffed. The owner had one experienced server working and another server working his first day. The server was great. The food was mediocre. We were there about two hours from sitting down to paying our bill. We saw many customers leaving after long waits without food. The new owner is going to run this once great restaurant into the ground.

had no way to know when my food was done, and it was already ready when i arrived to pick it up – don’t know how long it had been ready.
ordered a calzone and it came in a small pizza box by itself, no marinara sauce (which it should have come with judging by photos of dine-in orders).
not even parchment paper to soak up grease and other water-y liquid coming out of my food that clearly isn’t anything to do with ricotta since there isn’t even any inside.
also ordered chicken parm, though i apparently should have specified no metal pieces in my food as there was a small metal strip inside (maybe it’s from the container, but it hasn’t granted the meal any favors).
the online store offered garlic knots with the meal, except what i received was instead a very tough, toasted roll.

I ordered thru doordash and my review was not posted. We have always loved their pizza! This time it was inedible! My son tried one piece of his and was sick all night! I called the restaurant as soon as we received our order and was told there was no manager in the store and they would call me. No one ever called and I can’t believe they charged us for that disaster!! I wish I could post pictures here! They didn’t even look like pizzas!!

Well I hate to write this but it seems they are starting to let their standards slide a little here. My pepperoni pizza had 12 pepperoni on it. There were multiple sections of the pizza with none. The pizza was still doughy in some spots and I wish this was a one off but this is the 2nd time. This stinks because I loved their pizza as it’s as close to NY as you can get out here. I will have to try somewhere else as the product no longer justifies the price.
