Ordered take away online. Delivery was great, however I must say that when you charge almost a dollar per sauce, please include all those I paid for in my order, otherwise you’re literally just stealing from your own customers and I don’t appreciate it. Fries were clearly very old. I live less than 2 minutes from the location, and my driver was quick to pick up and get here, so I know it wasn’t due to a long time in transit. Everything else was ok.

I always love the food and service is hit or miss. But I wanted to shout out to a certain employee at this location. Most of the staff is rude and have no manners. And this is one i frequent since its close to work. This guy is always super nice and has manners. He has long hair. Wears a visor. Maybe others could take some notes from him on customer service.

The general manager was very RUDE. I tried to explain to them that I wanted the chocolate blizzard and they would not remake it because of their app messing up, and the food was horrible. I would not recommend going to this Dairy Queen at all!!!

I was disappointed with my experience at DQ. I ordered an ice cream cake with specific instructions. I have a fanatical Bison fan in the house. I instructed the cake to be frosted gold and green frosting. Also gold and green sprinkles. My granddaughter picked up the cake not being aware of my specific cake requests. Needless to say when I saw it I was disappointed. Thd cake was however delicious. Its just another example of people not listening to what the customer wants.

Its supposed to be fast food. Well 27 minutes waiting after asking politely on time if my food was ready. Response was “chicken strips need to cool and it will be right up” and then I ask if they have cooled down yet. Response from another employee “we dont have your order on ticket”. Won’t be going to any dairy queens, it seems as they dont train on customer service. Maybe try and you will get even more customers. Or just keep leaning on the fact the DQ name owns our market for ice cream and thats your business model. Not a fan of the service. Great ice cream though.

I ordered large vanilla cone at this store, They used large shell but only filled little ice cream in the center, so much smaller than the cone I would normally get at other dairy queen store. They weren’t busy when I had purchase. Maybe only 1 customer.

Ordered food at drive thru and the employee sounded mad at me. After I got home I discovered they got my order incorrect. I returned and asked them to provide me with the correct order and it was a very difficult process just to get the food I ordered.

Ordered onion rings and French fries with our blizzards. BOTH tasted bitter! Told employee and she said ” maybe the oils old but I have no idea what day they change it.” So..told a different employee about it as she was walking around, her response was, yeah..I heard..sorry.” I said, so is it possible to get a refund? She said, Im not sure..it would be up to the manager..and walked away? Eventually a gal did come to my table and give me $ back for the French fries, I said thankyou, but what about the onion rings? She kept walking…

Nice new building, easy to get to, clean! I like the layout, it was easy to see where to go to pick up your mobile order. I also like the display of sizes behind the register so you know exactly what size you’ll be getting. One drawback to the mobile ordering via the app is you can’t use any kind of perk (coupon, bday freebie, etc) via the app that I could tell, also the app prompts you to place the order once you ARRIVE so it’s fresh. What would be the point of preordering on an app? I get that your order could include ice cream that can’t sit around but… We placed our order as we were leaving our house (thank goodness) because they hadn’t even started making them yet once we arrived. Other than that, like I said it was clean which is more than I can say for the Osgood DQ!!
