The shop was very easy to find, and I was able to get on street parking. While the weather was bad the day I went, they had a wonderful outside dining area that I could see being used when it wasn’t a northeaster. The first thing I noticed when I entered, the shop was a large screen over the counter, highlighting various customers. It’s apparent to me that the customers matter are here. There were several in the shop working and conversing. It’s obviously a place where people feel comfortable hanging out. The menu is diverse and there are food options. I chose a pour over and a cinnamon scone. I was waited on by Adriana and Cassie both of whom were pleasant and patient while I decided on what I wanted and asked my questions. When Adriana didn’t know the answer, she turned to Cassie. Cassie appeared quite knowledgeable about the tasting note of the various coffees. She was also wearing an Acadia national Park sweatshirt, so I chatted with her for a minute about Maine. This is definitely a shop I would visit again. The coffee was extremely flavorful, fresh and reasonably priced. The scone was scrumptious and also fresh.
The only thing that I struggled with was the counter area and the area above the counter was extremely overwhelming. There was just too much going on, and it made it difficult to focus on finding what I was looking for. I thought it was great having the photos of the patrons, maybe in a different place the voting screen also took away from the menu board. There was just so much clutter at the front. Otherwise, the place was fantastic.

Great coffee, cozy charm, and pastries that actually deliver. The vibe’s already on point but the owner’s joyful energy just makes it better. Creative drinks, handwritten notes on every mug, thoughtful touches that make it feel personal and worth coming back to.

I wish I didn’t get the Mac and cheese because this would have been a full 5 star review. The coffee was absolutely INCREDIBLE! I got the mocha mirage and it was probably some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. I will for sure be coming back if I can daily for it! However, DO NOT get the MAC AND CHEESE!! this should not even be advertised as mac and cheese because it’s dry kraft with breadcrumbs dumped on top. Truly the taste made me gag and I’m so angry I even spent money on this. Worst Mac and cheese I’ve ever had in my life. It’s really unfortunate because it was paired with some of the best coffee I’ve had in my life.

This is what coffee shops are supposed to be! These guys set the standard. Walking in here is like coming home. Just the mist amazing feel. Atmosphere. Design. And the people who serve here really are serving as in they believe in taking care! I love this coffee shop and wish it was close to home for me. And a bonus is the baristas make a great cappuccino! So impressed cause it is not easy to do what these folks have done in creating this special place. Gratitude!

Cedar Bean’s Coffee Joint was a fantastic experience for me and my family. We had to try the coffee, especially the bucket size, and it was delicious, with unique flavors that stand out from any coffee chain. The best part, it’s affordable. The teas are really good too.
The staff is super friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the atmosphere is so cool. Everywhere you look, there’s something interesting to see or read, and they even host art and photography shows. Overall, it’s a great spot for your coffee or tea fix, and a place you’ll definitely want to come back to.

I visited this lovely coffee shop earlier and I’m in awe. Service was top tier, our coffee was absolutely amazing. Me and my partner both tried their bacon egg and cheese sandwiches and really enjoyed it. So much so that he went and ordered a second one. It was our first time there and we will definitely be back. The owner Dave gave us the warmest welcome and briefly chatted with us. This is going to be my go to coffee shop and I can’t wait to go back. ADORABLE little coffee shop! I absolutely love the chill vibe and plenty of different seating. Has games to play if interested. Staff was super friendly and helpful with recommendations. I only got the Blue Mountsin Cold brew drink, but the food looked and smelled amazing too. Drink is amazing!
