I ate at Conquistador and honestly had a fantastic experience from start to finish. I ordered the burrito supreme and it absolutely lived up to the title. This was not a small burrito. It was huge, loaded with rice, beans, and well-seasoned meat, then covered in melted cheese and topped with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and guacamole. Every bite was hearty and packed with flavor, the kind of meal you slow down for because you don’t want it to end. Portions here are no joke, you definitely get fed.
Chips and salsa came out right away at no extra charge, which I always appreciate. The chips were warm and crisp, the salsa had great flavor, and it set the tone for the rest of the meal.
The staff at Conquistador were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Service was excellent without ever feeling rushed. I felt taken care of the whole time.
The restaurant itself is worth mentioning too. Conquistador is decorated beautifully, bright colors everywhere, piñatas and decorations hanging from the ceiling, artwork on the walls, and lots of personality in every direction. It has that fun, lively atmosphere that just puts you in a good mood the moment you walk in.
For the quality and the portion sizes, the prices are a really good value. I left full, happy, and already thinking about what I want to try next time. If you’re in the mood for Mexican food that tastes great, fills you up, and gives you a colorful and welcoming place to enjoy it, Conquistador delivers in a big way.

This restaurant serves more than 120 unique dishes. The chips are always served hot with fabulous salsa. The owner and chef, Jose, specializes in catering as well. Everything is made from scratch and it is as authentic as you will find. If you ask what their secret is, Jose will show you his wall of spices in the kitchen.

Had the carne asada and it was very good in the makeshift tacos I made with the corn tortillas; I also had orange juice which was great. The waitress was very nice.

A very exquisite and authentic Mexican restaurant located in the heart of Washington state in a beautiful city called SunnySide. Stopped at this place while on a road trip and had an amazing lunch. The place is beautifully decorated and is very warm even on a chilly day. I tried the combo with chili reno and enchilada and it was very satisfying and delicious. A definite recommendation!

Truck driver go all over the country. This is a very good restaurant. Plenty of food more than I can eat. I’ll have to take it to go, ordered fajitas in Mexicano. No tomatoes. Easy on the jalapenos.
They could use a better steak. It’s a little tough but other than that it’s good

Ordered Nachos Mexicanos…they were bomb! The waitress kept coming back and checking on us which is a must I think. They have a solid looking bar for those who like alcohol. I’ll probably stop there more often now that I know what it’s all about.
