Today was the last time that I’ll come to this location. Every time I’ve ordered the caramel iced coffee I’ve been told you’re out of coffee. I(previous trip) ordered a ultimate cheeseburger and asked for onions and was told you’re out of onions. Today I ordered a taco with onions and someone thought it would be cool to put so much onion that the taco split. Also forgot to put my curly fries in the bag! Im sure I’ll get a robot response from the “owner” but something needs to be done about this terrible service.

Food was pretty bad. Fries were an hour old, tacos not fresh, and burgers below standard. They’ve only been open for a short time I get there are growing pains. But not worth the time or money. Hire and train better staff. You need professionalism, order accuracy, speed of service, and ask your team members to keep personal comments to themselves. Do Better if you want to succeed.

literally have never left a negative review before, but this was outrageously poor quality food, fries were rock hard as if theyd been left out all night, “smash” burgers were notably not “smashed” and severly overdone and missing described toppings, we were missing the one item that even pushed us to try jack in the box for the first time (and last), and overall a severely underwhelming if not aggrivating meal for nearly $50. Do you even have a manager working there or is it one solo minimum wage employee? Genuinely cannot understand how the quality is so poor while ordering during standard dinner peak, unless your whole staff walks out simultaneously every time you recieve an order. mistakes happen, but this location is nearly malicious with the low standards they seem to hold if other reviews are accurate. Unless this quality is company standard in which case keep up the good work i guess.

I had an amazing experience at the newly opened Jack in the Box! I stopped by on a Tuesday and ordered an Ultimate Cheeseburger, a large Curly Fries, and a Vanilla Iced Coffee — everything was delicious and freshly made. The flavors were spot on, and the quality of the food was definitely a 10/10! ☕

What truly stood out was the friendly and welcoming staff. Even though this location just opened, the team was clearly well-trained — professional, fast, and efficient. You can tell they’re committed to giving great service.

The owner or manager went the extra mile and gave me a Jack antenna topper as a gift — such a fun touch! I’m putting it on my car immediately. It’s those little details that make a place memorable.

The restaurant itself is clean and well-kept — everything looked spotless, from the dining area to the counters. The only small downside is that the space is a bit small, and I noticed they had to keep a door slightly open to help with air circulation. Hopefully, that’s something they can sort out soon, but honestly, it didn’t take away from the great experience.

Overall, I’d give this place more than 5 stars if I could ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — awesome food, excellent service, and a fun, welcoming vibe. I’ll definitely be back!

Went here around 1:30 on a Wednesday. There were three people in front of me. Still sitting in the drive through as we speak actually. They have gone through one car in the last 10 minutes. Slowest service I’ve ever experienced. While waiting for my food, I see one of the workers inside, just sitting on her phone in the kitchen. Probably where the slow service is coming from. Definitely could use more training, especially when it comes to the lunch hour.

All the workers seem to have attitudes. It’s a job, get over it. That’s why they are paying you. Also, we get met with this service after waiting like 30 minutes in the drive-through. The food is fine. It’s just such garbage service and atmosphere. This is probably the worst of the 3 I’ve been to in the SLC area. The one on 5600 takes just as long, but has good customer service. The one on state street is fast, but their service is meh. This one however, has the worst of everything. They have also gotten our orders wrong several times.

I ordered from here last night. I got all of my food. I ordered 4 egg rolls and asked for my 6 sweet and sour sauce. They didn’t pack any. I ordered a Coffee Boba and they didn’t pack a straw. The egg rolls were good though, jumbo jack, tacos, chicken sandwich, & curly fries were good. I’m a sauce person without the sauce the egg rolls just don’t hit the same. I wish those who handled my order the same karma every time they eat. Smh!

Our midnight go-to every now & then… but man Jack’s, why ya’ll gotta be so stingy with ya’ll sauces?! I know it’s not a big deal and shouldn’t be fussed with sauces, but some people don’t wanna eat their food without dips. This is the 2nd time I have come to this location with placing our order on the app, adding 6 sauces (max #) which I intentionally added to the order so I don’t have to ask for it at the window, and then arrived there only putting 2 or 3 sauces in the bag with big meals ‍♀️ not only that, instead of putting the sauces requested, they give different sauces that we don’t even want. We’re spending a lot of money on ya’ll food, at least be generous with the sauces, cause we can’t be eating this food dry
