We ordered the Family pasta meal and were shorted a pasta. We tried calling for hours, no one would answer. According to the Pizza Hut call center, a manager was supposed to call us about our order. We ate what we got after a half hour or so of waiting. Nothing like getting short changed the day after Christmas. How can you make dinner plans with service like that. If you are too busy fine, but my order is just as important as anyone else that ordered today. If you can’t fulfill the orders, don’t accept the orders. Especially accepting our money and not giving us what we ordered.

I ordered a pizza from here on December 31. We didn’t realize until it was too late that the pizza was severely undercooked. Everyone who ate that pizza is now sick with food poisoning. Not just “get out of work” food poisoning either. This is the “should I go to the hospital” kind of food poisoning.

I order delivery and they gave me the wrong pizza, and burnt bread sticks. I tried to call the store back so many times just to get a BUZY SiGNAL again and again. Even when I had the online staff direct me to the store it still went to a BUZY SIGNAL. I tried for 2 days straight, same thing. I am going over there today to get my food right. I’ll keep you posted if they do it or not.

Boyfriend ordered and picked up a supreme pizza and brought it to me at work he left and when I took a slice of pizza out to eat it the middle was completely raw. When I tried to call them to have them resolve this issue they didn’t even answer the phone.

I’ve had a consistently bad experience at this location. Whenever I’m told my order is ready for pickup, I still end up waiting an additional 10–15 minutes. On more than one occasion, they’ve had to remake my order because it was given to someone else. It’s extremely frustrating and needs to be addressed.

Extremely unprofessional drivers. Delivery driver speed up behind me and tailgated me, then proceeded to honk their horn at me when I had to make a quick turn to follow the person I was following.
Driver should be required to take a defensive driving course so they learn not to tailgate.

I’m pretty sure my delivery driver got in a fight with a bear, walked through a blizzard, and slipped and fell several times while attempting to deliver my pizza. Seriously not sure what happened here but not very happy
