I have order 2 large pizza and 10 pcs boneless wings of BBQ and unnake boneless. The pizzas was not fresh the boneless wings were not wings just crumbles as if they got it from the bottom of the bag. Not please with the food. Back in the days yall pizza was so delicious fresh and hot but now it’s downhill. Our potluck has being ruin from this type of service and food

I would love to order twice in a row and get a quality, fresh pizza both times. Today’s was slow, luke warm, chewy and obviously sat under a heat lamp for too long. Time for a change of brand I guess. I don’t expect a great pizza from Papa John’s, but I require consistency.

I’m reviewing based on past experience and most recent. These pizzas look thrown together, like nobody bothered to make sure there was cheese ALL over the bread. I can usually tell when people take pride in their service. This is NOT the place. The last time I came in here someone walked out of the bathroom or back room pulling up their pants over their boxer shorts. And then went on to do his job. Are you kidding me?!? I’ll never come back especially after today. Somebody needs to come do some workshops on taking pride in your job and work ethic.

I ordered an epic garlic stuffed pizza with Philly steak, tomatoes, spinach, and mushrooms recently. However, I did not know they were rationing on the proteins since my pizza only had like 2 small pieces of Philly steak. Now, I am no longer confident in ordering from this store anymore. They already charge a $5.00+ delivery fee. Then the driver also demanded I sign a charge slip giving him an extra “tip” fee. I said I already paid the deliver fee and he littered up my driveway.

Employees, especially drivers, park in the Handicap space everyday, all day & night. The manager rudely defends it and corporate is ignoring it. Disabled people need that space. Disgusting beyond belief. I’m banning them, I’ll never go back!!! -this is just 1 of the pics. This driver is so important they take up 3 spaces!!!

I would give no stars if I could. Every time I drive by employees are parked in the handicap space. This is a daily occurrence. I was going to order a pizza on my way home tonight but decided not to support an establishment that has little to no ethics and morals when I witnessed the delivery driver parked in the spot again.

I ordered 15 pizzas for a birthday party, delivery 7:30pm. They didn’t come. I called. No one picked up. I spent 20 mins on the phone and no one ever answered. No call, text or email on updated time. We didn’t think the pizza was even going to come. My husband drove to the store and missed half of our party. The pizza eventually came 40 minutes late (to a 2 hr party). I called and asked that a manager call me back. No one ever did.
