I went through the drive thru and they took my order and multiple other cars. Continued to completely ignore customers at the window, waited for over twenty minutes, saw people actively working and was completely ignored as were the other five cars in the drive thru. Horrible service workers need to be trained with better customer service.

There was a long straight black hair with my french fries. Not happy about that. Other than that, the food was decent and service was fine. The funnel cake was delicious.

Food was pretty good. Expensive, but what isn’t these days. The staff were very nice and friendly. Everything was clean and well maintained. The Zax sauce is where it is at.

Worse Zaby’s I’ve ever been to. I was in drive through for 12 mins before calling inside the store. I asked if I could come in and place my order. Noah said yes. I came in and that was not any better. Noah was nice and prompt. He did not give me a receipt but he was nice. I ordered a salad and 5 traditional wings and waited 30 mins! I spoke to manager, Henry, who did not apologize about my wait but gave excuse of them being short staffed. I’m still waiting! These are the photos I took of the employees “hard at work.” I asked Henry for the corporate number. He told me to look on my receipt and walked off bc they accidentally have a family of 3 free food. Yes! They forgot to collect payment but gave them food.

Before my last experience here I would have given this Zaxby’s 5 stars across the board but yesterday I stopped by with my boyfriend to grab a quick snack and we ordered a small fry and their new veggie egg rolls. The fry’s were ok, under seasoned though but the egg rolls were so burnt my boyfriend couldn’t even eat them. The man working drive thru wouldn’t give us our total until we got to the window either.

I usually like zaxbys but i ordered the wings and these are so dry even clark griswold would pass on them. no use complaining i already heard someone else take there chicken back up there and had to wait for redo. ill just hit gas station next time for a corndog.

Got a cob salad tonight lettuce was brown bread was soggy! Called was told bring it back for a fund had already gone home went back had to stand in a long line to get therein from th e Manager Taylor no I’m sorry nothing! I’ll not be back to Zaxbys!
