I had ordered some Dunkin before my shift and when I checked my bag before leaving I noticed a mistake was done. My order was inaccurate. I let employer that I had received the wrong item. I was still charged difference. I was in rush but felt disappointed for being charged for a mistake.
I get a email/call from manager after I told them that I had an error happen to my order. The manager had told me that they’ll fix and help me out with a coupon as a courtesy for their mistake.
I appreciate that the staff went above and beyond after the incident to fix the issue. The croissant with egg and sausage was amazing to enjoy. Way better than Starbucks for sure!
Employees need to double check order or say out loud what is inside because if a customer leaves and notices they got the wrong item. It is dreadful to drive back.

This Duncan is the place that deserves our business. They apologized for another Duncan’s actions and made me change my mind about leaving Duncan for Starbucks. These guys care about their customers. The offer I was trying to use from the Duncan app was honored here whereas the other Duncan would not. They tried distancing themselves from the app whereas this one said that it was a representation of their company so they would honor it. I will never set foot in the other one because their app offers never seem to work. (I think its their way of not wanting to give us those prices) people are usually in a hurry to worry about it at that moment. I will gladly continue my purchases of my favorite coffees at this location where their customers matter!! Thank you Duncan. Very happy with your services!

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to.
Ordered donuts, specific ones. Once we got our donuts we realized only 4/12 were correct. Do people not know how to read orders or just not care? This is a business. Tried to call the shop, no one answers.. mailbox is full. How does this place stay open? If you’re out of something, or most of something cancel the order, or say something.
Thankfully grubhub refunded us with no problem. This is why I just shop myself, and the one time I decide to stay home, this happens. Their shakes are straight milk, they never could make coffee the way it’s asked when ordered.

I agree with the people rude employees denying service 40 minutes before closing time and were out of everything and the employee working in the drive thru rudely laughed in my face Never coming back to this location thats for sure

Went in to get 3coffees with 3 espresso shots lady charged me $48. Went on to another dunking asked for the same order total came out to be 21.86$. Called back to see what happened she said we don’t charge the same as every dunkin our prices are different. So you meant to say you charge more than a freaking Starbucks would charge! This is ridiculous the cashier didn’t even know what she was doing she just kept on laughing at the time of the order I repeated my order back 3 times and each time she was laughing. Then I asked her how much a large coffee with 3 espresso shots coated and she said 7.16 and I asked her ok so if I ordered 3 coffee that same way what is my total she said 48.16. Can some one please get her back in school, somebody is stealing my money!

I ordered a large hot chocolate this morning in the drive thru. The line was long but moved fast. The parking area is kind of small. The employees are very nice at this location!
