Horrible everything!
Half an hour ago I got 3 piece hot crispy chicken meal to go, I get home to eat there’s 2 pieces of chicken in the box. I couldn’t believe it, I check the receipt and sure enough it says 3 piece chicken!
How is this possible? Can’t anyone count to 3 anymore? Not a big deal! Seriously!
You can’t find anyone to work these days?
And please, don’t you people from the office give excuses and apologies for the horrible service. I’m not having it!
I’ll never trust any orders, and certainly I’m not coming back!

I ordered food for myself and my daughter and the employee was great. He took his time to listen to my order and was very patient. The food was very tasty so overall I would definitely recommend this location. Clean, delicious and very polite employees. We will be back again☺️

It’s always nice to see local fast food restaurants with management who genuinely care about their customers, and take pride in what they do. Great food, great service, and a welcome and friendly atmosphere. Fingers crossed they keep the $6 Big Box, one of the best deals out right now for a bite.

My husband and I stopped at this Popeyes tonight as a post grocery shopping treat to ourselves and I now wish we hadn’t. It was $32 for 2 meals and nothing about them was correct or enjoyable. The woman who brought our order to our car looked annoyed she had to bring it to us even though they made us pull around to the front in the first place. No hello, no have a nice day, not even a half of a smile. The lack of customer service I can overlook but the missing and incorrect food items on top of the terrible quality is what really sealed the deal on us never wanting to return to this location. A side of red beans and rice was missing, as were the dipping sauces for our tenders. We were given strawberry cream cheese pies instead of apple and regular tenders instead of spicy like we ordered. The chicken tender in the honey mustard wrap was so hard and dry it was inedible. The tenders in my husband’s meal were also dry and clearly reheated rather than fresh. We didn’t even get a real receipt with a total on it. They put the expeditor’s ticket in our bag instead, which actually is kind of hilarious considering how wrong our order was even though it was clearly printed out correctly.
All I was able to get was a $6 refund out of this entire experience, so, 0/10 do not recommend this place. Save your money and go somewhere else because there are much better options nearby than this Popeyes.

My chicken from popeye’s but the chicken got smaller. The drum stick is bigger than the tight. What is going on? Not only is it more expensive but smaller. I thought I was getting chicken not Pigeon This place is great and everything But those pieces.

If I can give you a 0 star review I would!! I was there yesterday spend $61.17 for a family meal. The order was wrong once I got home I asked for tenders and got reg chicken. I called and the number was not ringing. Spoke to Antonio today and said if I don’t have the receipt he can’t do nothing. The young lady asked me yesterday if I wanted my receipt and I had told her no because I usually come to this location and never have any issues. I will not be coming here again!! Antonio needs more management training.

This is by far the best Popeyes in the area. The service is always fantastic, the food is always fantastic and the restaurant is clean. The other Popeyes restaurants in the area should look to this one for a good example. I pass two other Popeyes on my way to eat here because it is so much better.
