Drive thru order. Requested to whip cream as I ordered. When I received drink at window it was very clear they made it with whip cream & scrapped it off top but it was still in cup with mu drink. I mentioned it was with no whip & rude drive thru employee says is it (no whip) an allergy? If not then I am not remaking it. That was the rudest I ever had been talked to especially since I ordered NO WHIP CREAM & They just didnt read the table. It was an awful experience. The girl has no business working in a customer service roll. She is not at all interested in customer recieving what they order.

As far as Starbucks go, this one sucks. I tried to pickup a simple mobile order via their drive through. The drive thru worker placed me on hold for several minutes until cars behind me started leaving. I just pulled around anyways to find a group of young timid workers just staring at each other inside with no one providing any direction for their group. I repeated my name for my mobile order and they frantically made it. This happened on 03/01/26 @ 2:52pm.

We stopped in quickly to get our red cup. We ended up sitting in the drive-through for 10 minutes with only one car in front of us before we could order in another 10 minutes to get our order and check out. And in addition to that they forgot to hand us the Red cup that I was no longer thinking about because we were running late for the thing that we were on our way to because of how long the drive-through took. Not to mention while waiting for someone to check us out at the drive-through we saw one employee checking their phone while fixing drinks. I will not be coming back to this location.

I think they are short staffed, they always have a long line on the drive thru; they handed me the wrong coffee… I love Starbucks and honestly none of the others have been like this one.

Terrible service Today I was amazed by the work and attitude towards clients of the girl Erin (if she introduced herself correctly), a thin, bespectacled brunette. No respect, arrogant, did not deign to hand over the order that she was slowly collecting, laughing with other colleagues. Once you came to work, be kind, behave appropriately. Everyone does not have time, they work running, she alone walks with napkin on her hand and pretends to work. With her dissatisfied face she showed her hatred for you and literally pointing at you discussed it with other colleagues. The standing man in front of me also barely held himself back from anger at their snail-like service.

I go to Starbucks for their coffee and food, and they offer some of the best fast food options around. The staff is always great, too. HOWEVER, in the decades I’ve been visiting – one thing is consistently POOR. The fact that their cups and lids for hot coffee and tea ALWAYS drip liquid on everything. I’m sure if you are own a floor or carpet cleaning business, it’s not a problem. Not the case for me, and as hard as I try, it’s inevitable that some will drip on me. Having Starbucks fallout on my clothes is, unfortunately, something I have come to accept. Today I wore some brand new shoes. They were only on for about 30 minutes before I became a victim of a leaking coffee cup. It makes me mad because I pay more for drinks and food from Starbucks, but some of the cheapest of cheap fast food places don’t have this same problem. In fact, I can’t think of ANY other place that has this problem. I have purchased plastic reusable cups from Starbucks, and they don’t have this problem, but I cannot bring them every visit. It’s just so disappointing I even have to write this kind of review for a place I think is better than most others. Not holding my breath, but I hope someone at Starbucks corporate does something about this some day. Do better, Starbucks!

The owner responded – which I sincerely appreciate – with a link to the corporate Contact Us page. I have submitted the text from my review there and received a tracking # from them. Not expecting much, as this is a well-known issue with their cups that has been around for a long time. Just do a web search for “starbucks cups leaking around lid” and you’ll see lots of others comments about it. All that aside – just know this is not an issue with any single Starbucks, it is all of them.

I’ve never had an issue with this location, I used to live down the road, now I’m about 15 minutes away. I still come to this location when I can, honestly it’s better than the one closer to me.
Today was a bonus on my end, they had the most gorgeous man working the window. Needless to say, he made my day a little bit better. My cousin said I should go back & talk with him but I know he is way too cute to not have a girlfriend. If he sees this, well, no shame here.
