My girlfriend and I were in Milford and saw this restaurant and we tried it, the food tasted funky and you tell the food is cheaper than average, next thing we know my girlfriend is in the hospital for food poisoning because of the food, and I feel sick as well but not to the point to go to the hospital and the food was a little expensive

If you claim to be a Chinese restaurant and then serve yellow rice as “fried rice” you are not a Chinese restaurant. It’s incredibly hard to find good, AUTHENTIC Chinese food in New England. On occasion you will find “okay” Chinese cuisine, but you people NEED to STOP thinking that this sad excuse for “Chinese” is acceptable, your positive reviews are absolutely dumbfounding and I’d love nothing more than to feed you REAL Chinese food and watch your face light up from experiencing flavor for the first time in your life.
Anyway, I don’t mean to talk so badly about this restaurant. I’m sure the owners and employees are fantastic people, but wow this was some BAD food.
Also to provide some constructive criticism: stop using yellow rice and passing it on as fried rice, don’t burn your sauces, and don’t only put NINE (9) fried/crispy noodles in a single serving lol.

Everywhere is a food desert on Thanksgiving, so this place would qualify as an oasis. Boosting the “Food” rating, remembering they used _plenty_ of fresh veg to make my dinner. Amazing Hot & Sour soup. Next time I’ll take the plunge and order “spicy.” Sometimes I forget I’m in CT.

Moved across country a couple years ago and one of the things I miss about the northeast is great Chinese food (and the best Pizza). I’m in town for business, alone in my hotel room and see this place has decent reviews… I’ll get some Chinese food.
Well I still haven’t had good Chinese food.
It was “midwest average” or translate that to Northeast “meh”. I ate it, because it’s what I’m used to at home (dry chicken with little flavor and rice from 4 days ago that was as dry as sand, with some onion chunks for flavor

I ordered a general tso’s combination platter and a sweet and sour chicken combo. The rice wasn’t cooked all the way. Hard pieces, very dry and no flavor what’s so ever. Chicken I can say was actually good. Egg rolls were so greasy I had oil dripping out of it. I asked for duck sauce which I eat with rice and egg roll I got 1 pack. I ordered for the family so I one the coin toss which is unfair. It’s not worth the money to go there.

The owners here are fantastic, always smiling and so very kind. They remember my favorite dishes and custom make it with less spice. You get a lot of food for the price and it’s very good. I love love love the General Tso’s Chicken. This is a place where they appreciate you as a customer and will leave you full and happy.
