My mom decided to order the tuna salad onigiri (which she mentioned tasted alright but had more rice to filling ratio) and I decided to get the unagi bowl and a powerade and it was pretty enjoyable! The sauce was a little sweeter than I was expecting / used to but not overbearingly so and the portions were very filling (one bowl is great for a simple meal or sharing if you’re not feeling particularly hungry). The vegetables were fresh and the bowl was prepared to order (which is nice if you enjoy watching food preparations while you wait). The drinks are self-serve after you purchase near the station where you can grab utensils for eating, which I liked since it made it easy to wait until I had my food before grabbing a cold beverage.
There’s limited seating in the restaurant itself, but it is located in the Ingram Park Mall so there’s plenty of seating in the main dining hall (as long as it isn’t super busy, usually it’s still easy to find a place to sit in my experience most of the times I’ve gone up there).
They also offer take-out and there’s plenty of variety on the menu, so everyone can find something they’re bound to like and there are some customization options as well. There are kid-friendly meals, but proceed with caution since a lot of options might be a little adventurous for younger children.
It’s a nice upbeat place to enjoy meals if you’re looking to explore new flavors different from the options offered in the food court or just need a festive little treat.
Food and beverage safety should be a top priority, and customer concerns should be addressed respectfully. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy made an already unacceptable situation worse. We will not be returning.
The owner is nice and sweet. Love it!
Service was fast and my order was accurate.
Shrimp tempura was crispy and had good flavor. They offer a selection of bottled Coke and Ramune drinks. Also on the menu were some ramen bowls.
My only criticism would be that the spicy tuna was chunks with a sauce rather than chopped and seasoned.
Prices were about average compared to other Poke places. The dining area while a bit small is decorated really nice. Location is great, right at the food court door to the mall. If you park near this door it is immediately inside before you even get to the food court.
I would definitely return.
I wouldn’t mind the price if you weren’t stingy with scoops of the things I’m paying for.
Would I come again, yes if next time they don’t forget what I asked for on my paper.
I was able to swap out items from the signature bowl of my choice. The rice was still warm after driving home about 20 minutes. It’s a little hidden from the rest of the food court, but I think it’s a nice inclusion to the mall.
