I just went to the one in Shrewsbury (typically I go to the East or West York one) and there were no employee’s out. After waiting for a couple minutes, two teenage girls came out from the back and proceeded to look around dumfounded like they didn’t see anyone inside. Made eye contact with me, continued to look around dumfounded and without a word went back in the back. I stood there for another minute or two and it seemed as if they weren’t coming out. So I left. I’ve never had an experience like this at Oola, it was irritating and disappointing.
