I said well done – not burnt to a crisp, Jets has gone waaaay down hill. I got better pizza from the local 7-11 and 1/3 the price. They add 5$ delivery fee for what? Jets should pass that along to the driver. Driver service nice and friendly. After leaving review they replied to call mngr & they will make it right, they will not. Refused to give refund, wanted to charge me to have another made, absolute rip off, they did not include the sauce I ordered and paid for, very rude on phone , it’s honestly the worst pizza I have ever tasted, it’s in the garbage, 15.99 1 topping large +4.99 del fee, plus 30% tip + 5.00 cash tip. Complete waste of money. Will NEVER do business with them again.

These kids are so sweet! I called with questions about dietary restrictions and they looked up the everything for me on the spot! They were so friendly when I picked up too. And the pizza was excellent, of course.

This Jet’s pizza serves some of the Best Pizza in Saginaw. I’ve had Jet’s in Madison Heights, Taylor, etc but this pizza here is Always Hot, Delicious and cooked to perfection with High quality ingredients. I usually get a Hawaiian Pizza Detroit Style and I have to get the XL so that my husband doesn’t finish it in 1 night. The staff is Friendly, helpful and the driver’s are Courteous, Quick and Super Nice. Plus there are Always coupons online or mailed to my home that make this treat even better.
Mary, my only tip would be to speak to corporate to add an instructions box to the delivery address section (on the app) so that we can add side door, gate codes, etc.to make the process even smoother for everyone.

They claim they sell halal pizza but when you ask them for a certificate, they never happen to have one. When you keep insisting for one, they look at you with disdain. One time, a worker didn’t even know what halal is. If they genuinely serve halal pepperoni pizza, they should post a certificate in the store so customers know what they are getting. This is a serious matter that should be addressed immediately. Otherwise, they’ll lose all they Muslim customers.

Order delivery. Came to my house an hour and 20 minutes. Had to call them a few times to ask what’s going on. Spent 30 plus for the coldest pizza. Where did they ship it from?? Chicago??.
Ok. So I took the managers up on their offer. And they made it right. I love this pizza now that it’s hot. And I tried a few things extra. Thanks to the management. I will be ordering from her very often. Delicious and amazing.
