Couple weeks ago my mother had a terrible experience with their manager. My mother is 70 years young. She called to inquire about her order nicely but the manager yelled at her saying “I’m American”. My mother placed an order to the wrong store but this is not how a manager is supposed to behave with his customers specially when it’s someone that old. Today I was craving some dominos but chose not to because of that incident. I forgot to put a review before but I am sure the higher ups have phone calls recorded to sort this out. I am very disappointed in this store and how their manager behaves.

Even when you are a food snob, when you are with friends are you have an evening to get so.e gaming in or… just have a craving for fast food pizza, THIS Domino’s actually is the one that sets a bar on fast food pizza and quality. Sound odd? Take advantage of ordering online and using the deals… if you can, order a pan pizza. That pizza done at this spot is done right 9/10 times! Odd? The ringer is, they always make sure its done right or they will make you another! Great pizza makers and great service I westchester. Keep setting the bar higher guys. The Late Night Cravings Award goes to these guys.

I always order from this location as I work near by, usually they are punctual and deliver quick and I don’t have issues. Today it is snowing, and I understand the roads are bad so I expected a delay. However I ordered over an hour ago, and I didn’t get a phone call until an hour later that they were going to make my order but it would “take some time because of the weather” I said “that’s fine I understand, however I just wish you guys would’ve called me earlier as I ordered an hour ago “ and the man on the phone was very rude and started getting nasty with me, saying that if the weather is bad maybe I shouldn’t order then and that I should cancel it s If they had done the order an hour ago the roads would not have been as bad… seems like they delayed it on purpose so they wouldn’t have to bring it. Bad customer service on their end and I did not appreciate the nasty remarks when all I asked is if in the future they could please notify me sooner

Picked up pizza. The box was not properly prepared with the folds being put in place. When I grabbed it when I got home it slipped right out on the floor. I went back a week later to pick up a new pizza and told the staff what happened. They blamed me. I showed them how current box was properly prepared. The pizza did not slide out when I shakes it. I showed them the photo which shows the cardboard was open. They would not take responsibility. They also did not give me a pizza credit. My 6 year old cried when the pizza slid on the car floor. She was so hungry and wanted dinner. I asked the them to please make sure the boxes are secured for other customers. As a weekly customer I was so turned off by the treatment that I no longer go to dominoes. Check you box before leaving the store.
