Good pizza at a great price on Tuesday. Ordered food online at 5:13 pm, expected finish time is 5:53 pm, I arrive at 6 pm. pizza actually finished at 6:26 pm.
Do note that especially on Tuesday’s, the wait time is always long, and usually worth it, especially if you order it early like I do. However, it is extremely frustrating to see multiple people walk in, order 3-4 pizzas, and walk out with them before your single pizza.
To top it off, when they finally make my pizza and go to wrap it, the worker is told to prioritize someone else’s pizza, so they put mine aside and finish that person’s before the 5 seconds to hand me mine, especially when its 30 minutes late.
Honestly never going to buy here again if this doesnt get addressed.

Tell me, why can’t you modify a pizza on the menu, when you haven’t even made it yet? Isn’t this Papa Murphy’s where the pizza is made right in front of you? Does this make sense? I called to see if we could get the new jalapeño popper pizza but instead of bacon, sub pepperoni, I was told no and for the reason being, it’s an original. I am not blasting the sweet employee, this is not on them, they were just responding as they understood it. I find that very annoying so I’m just letting you know here. Cheers!

I put an online order in from home, and got to the store about 40 minutes later. When I got there so many people were already waiting. I had to convince the person helping me that I had made the order at this store. He eventually found it, but then said my name was spelled wrong… I spell my name that way. I’m still waiting with no sign of pizza in sight.

I went in to grab a pizza. I was the only one there as it was 2pm. The girl who helped me acted put out to make my order. She had gloves on when she was ringing me up (touching the register)proceeded to make my pizza, having to enter the walk in refrigerator twice (touching the door handle), and NEVER changed her gloves. She had to have put 2lbs of mozzarella cheese on the pizza. The food in the bins were severely cross contaminated. I also told her when ordering that I forgot my coupon and if they had online coupons. She said no, which was a complete lie! I’ll never go back.

The kids that work there during the day and night shift are literally the best. They’re kind, professional, attentive, and funny. They greeted me, helped me decide what I wanted to eat and made sure to answer all my questions so that I was informed. I really appreciate their attitudes as they were super respectful but also real. The restaurant was clean and the signage was clear. I was able to add on the sides as they had a deal for 2 sides mix and match at $6.99 each. They told me what they were going to do before they did it so there was no unexpected fee or food. They also helped me with a coupon for wednesdays as I am part of the papa Murphy’s text club

The employee working tonight 7/06 at 5:40pm clearly exhibited that he did not want to be there and I think it’d be in his best interest and Papa Murphy’s best interest to part ways. No greeting when we entered, stared at us for 60 seconds after we said we needed time to order. Spoke in a rude tone when addressing our questions. He did this to the customers directly after us as well. The other employee was having to make up for the attitude by being extra pleasant while making the pizza. I hope that employee gets credit for his positive customer service and the employee that doesn’t want to be there can find a job he is better suited for or receive training.

This is the best take home pizza I have ever had, also the best value for the money. They are what staff was kind and pizza ready on time. They were generous with the toppings, and that means a lot in these inflationary times. Give this location on State street a try, you will be pleased
