A classic neighborhood bar with the best spaghetti in Elmira. Table and bar service it was a great choice for a Monday. Cash only but there is an ATM. The meatballs are wonderful!

Just got out of work! Called, ordered, went to Manzari’s picked up my order, and went home! Nice place! I’ve had the spaghetti there before and it’s always great! I got home from the Southside to The Heights, piping hot!! Thank you!

Great place to get good spaghetti at a good price. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years, and never had a issue. Highly recommend ordering their spaghetti w/meatballs. It tastes the same as the first time I tried it over 20 years .

We were trying to quickly find a place for lunch and saw this place had amazing reviews so without even looking into them we decided to try it out. The outside and inside doesn’t look like much and if the guy behind the bar didn’t walk over to us right away we might have walked out.
The very friendly gentleman walked over and knew right away we have never been there before and explained they had a limited menu, which consisted of spaghetti and meatballs or a meatball sandwich. We thought what the heck and decided to try the meatball sandwich.
Soon after he brings us our order and we were both pleasantly surprised. These sandwiches rocked!!! You have to eat them with a fork and knife because they are covered in an amazing sauce but it was worth it. The 2 sandwiches and two diet sodas came to like $16 dollars, what a steal!!!
This is the reason my friends, NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER!!!

We showed up late and close to closing on a accidental ride by in the dark on a electric bike ride. Everyone was super who worked there. A few drunk bar stool couples were a bit rude and loud, but the employees were excellent So I also noticed that the jukebox was playing country really loud but when anyone else has other music it got whisper low. Not cool. I was with Michelle and got myself a rum and coke as she got a vodka cranberry and ordered the special of the evening spaghetti and meatballs. The prices weren’t bad and the food was good. The drinks were okay but could have used a little less ice and a little bit more coke or rum. LoL all in all I’m willing to return and try again when I’m not so tired and riding a bike.

My family’s biz…approaching the centennial mark real soon (established in1927 by my grandfather). Over the years Manzari’s has morphed into a “spaghetti place”. Therefore, you must get the spaghetti and meatballs or a hot meatball sandwich – there’s not much else to consider LOL!. Be sure to check out “The Victoria Room and Gallery” located in the main dining room. Like the spaghetti and meatballs it’s top notch fine art by American artists. While outside check out the recently refurbished Pennsylvania Railroad caboose…a fun addition to the grounds.
