Just nasty….. We usually get pizza here alot but the past 4 times has been not what we expected. Tonight was a mess, we got delivery, wasn’t our pizza. We called and the driver “supposedly” mixed up the orders with someone that had our order just with mushroom and black olives. Kind of weird, when that was the only pizza box in her bag. The middle was so soggy, floppy and greasy it was insane, the crust was greasy, a puddle of grease in the corner of the box. We are getting our money back but still, almost $30 because of tip and delivery for a nasty, extremely greasy pizza that was wrong.

Monday night – went to swing through to quickly grab a pizza for dinner, waited at the drive thru window for 20 min – no one came to the window. Finally went inside, waited 5 minutes no greeting or anything. I proceeded to tell them there were 3 people waiting in the lobby. A girl from the back responded “yah we know” and continued to ignore us. Finally left after being ignored. Watched at least 4 people leave without food after waiting forever. Abysmal customer service and the pizza is not worth it. Just go to Abies instead!

Would give 0 if I could. We did an online order here and the only option for a pick up was 7:45 and this was at 7pm. There was no ASAP option. Guy there refused to make it ASAP as well. Forgot our sauce as well and this was how the pizza turned out. Obviously it’s little Caesars. But the bar is on the floor and they still tripped over it.

I love their food, but when I walk into the restaurant they often ignore the people at the front counter. Several times I was there to simply pick up my order, and often just stand at the counter waiting for anyone to come ask what I need. The last time I was there, I waited 25 minutes just to pick up my order that was already completed before I arrived.

My husband and I ordered a ultimate supreme pizza and bread sticks, the bread sticks were way to salty and the pizza was flatter than pancakes I make and dense. What happened to the crust? We haven’t been to LC for years and we won’t be back. I use to love LC fluffy edges, but it seems that someone is over working the edges or something is wrong with the dough.

I’ve tried 5-6 times to swing by and grab a hot-n-ready and they’ve never been ready. I waited in line for 18 minutes, finally got to the window and the guy said it was an additional 20 minutes wait for a hot-n-ready.
To fix this, they need to eliminate the “ready” part from their menu OR get a new owner/management. It’s not a one time issue, it’s everytime.

The food was hot and actually pretty good. HOWEVER, it’s a Friday night. Past 7pm. The drive thru is lined up out to the road. The lobby is getting full. I order 1 large pizza and 2 bread Stix. $20 bucks. That’s all good. Except I only had a $100 dollar bill. The Manager, who was waiting on me said she couldn’t cash that. I asked if she could go get change for it at the drive thru and she rudely said she wasn’t allowed to do that. Then asked who was next. Mind you there’s not one sign on the door, in the store, no where that states they don’t accept $50s or $100s. I just think that’s bad business management.

the lady working was super nice however i ended up waiting an hour for 3 hot and readys when i was originally told 20mins. there is no reason for there to be an hour wait on some pizza that’s just ok that are also supposed to be ready within a 15-20, not to mention i came in 5 minutes after my time. as someone who works in the food industry, there is no excuse for a to go order to be 40 minutes late especially from an in person order
