I’ve been trying to call all night to place a pick up order bc I can’t order online without a card and no one will answer the phone then we just went down there and they were busy but we waited 26 minutes for a pizza that is all wet and falling apart as soon as u try to pull a piece off.

I went here a few days ago it was about 8:10pm. I tried to order a sausage pizza and a pretzel pizza. I was told they only sell what’s in the warmers after 8pm they don’t take “custom” orders. I went back today and made the same order only the pretzel crust pizza was made on a regular crust and sprinkled with salt. The other pizza was made correct. I tried to call and they don’t answer the phone. First pic is the regular crust the second is supposed to be pretzel crust but looks and tastes exactly like the regular crust!

Ordered 2 pizzas, 2 orders of crazy bread, and stuffed crazy bread. There were 6 people in the little Itty bitty space they call a lobby, not one employee acknowledged anyone in the ‘lobby’. My order was intended to be placed in the pizza portal, which it was, but my code didn’t work. After flagging an employee he handed me my food.
The stuffed crazy bread was good but not $4.99 for 3 pieces good.

I ordered a pepperoni pan pizza easy order right? naw not at the huntington store they won’t answer the phone to place an order so went in and placed the order and still mess it up call them 5 more times to inform them they messed up the order and still cant get an answer this place is crap the service is so terrible I’d fire everyone in that place and start new

Waited for 35 minutes after my “estimated finish time” normally that wouldn’t be a big deal, but by the time I did get my pizza it had obviously been sitting out for a good while and the kid at the front desk couldn’t be bothered to even ask anyone the names for their orders, absolutely terrible experience and doubt I will ever choose little ceasers again, not when I can go to papa John’s or Pizza Hut on the other side of town and get WAY better service.

Worst experience yet so far! Ordered 4 pizzas today. Waited a hot minute and got handed 4 RAW pizzas NOT cooked at all. Went back in and all the guy said was, “my bad lemme this those in.” Everyone in there was high as a kite. Corporate is closed on Sundays so I have to wait.
