It was our first time and the employee didn’t look happy or welcoming. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch and they forgot my bacon, I told another employee (who was nicer and happy to help me out) she apologized and added bacon to my sandwich. The sandwiches were ok, just very thin compared to what they advertise and wish my order was correct the first time.

the sandwich was good until i took a big bite out of it and there was a very long dark hair in the middle of my sandwhich
i ordered from doordash so im not sure if the sandwich makers were wearing hair nets or had their hair up so i called the store and asked them and the employee said “some of them do some of them don’t, sorry about that” and didnt really offer any solution. i feel really grossed out and didnt even get to eat the rest of my sandwich. wont be going back

Another great chain ruined by private equity. The prices have increased but the meat portions have decreased. Even the bread is tasting different these days. $15 for a sub and drink is insane. Pub subs will be the future for me.

It was a pretty tasty sandwich. The bread was crispy with a bit of chew. The lettuce was crisp and fresh. It really was a good sandwich. Jersey Mike’s makes a consistently delicious sub sandwich just the way you want it. I will definitely be back to try more of their scrumptious offerings.

I have been eating at the sandwich shop for a long time.
I went there today to get a sandwich and the service was poor they were talking to each other. More than they were paying attention. All the vegetables were almost empty. The counters were disgusting. The guys were wearing the same gloves to touch my food as they were putting in their pockets. And my sandwich was mediocre now, when I come in there to spend 10 to $15 on a sandwich.I at least respected to be half decent.I mean, I asked him not to put oil on it and he dumped oil all over it.They just didn’t care.That was a very bad experience.That’s the common experience that makes you stop eating at somewhere

I have been in here several times as a Door Dash delivery person. Every time, the staff has been so friendly and helpful. The orders are prepared in a timely fashion and I am out the door, able to delivery to the customers on time according to the app. Their sandwiches look great and the menu has a nice variety. The store is clean, welcoming atmosphere if you eat in instead of having food delivered.
