To the guy that made my sandwich on February 27th.
My sandwich was accidentally made with ham when I had requested no ham. I called upset because I cannot have cold meats right now(pregnant) and I let my frustration come out more strongly than it should have.
The employee handled the situation professionally and kindly, remade my sandwich without hesitation, and even added chips and a cookie. That level of customer service was genuinely appreciated.
I apologize for my tone earlier, it was a stressful moment on my end, but the staff handled it with grace. Thank you for correcting the mistake so quickly.

This location has gone completely downhill. It’s obvious that management does not hold their employees to ANY type of standard, no training, and just lets them do whatever. I keep trying to give them another chance but every time we go, at least ONE sandwich is missing something or just completely wrong. At 6pm today, they are completely out of tuna, and they call to let us know, and I reluctantly chose to just get another sandwich since we already paid for our order. And of course, we drive away & the new sandwich I ordered is missing cheese AND tomatoes, and the bread is burnt to hell. Also all 4 of our sandwiches weren’t cut in half like it said on our order. Ridiculous that this happens every time we go here. I guess we just need to not give this place our business anymore.

Went here for lunch today and ordered a hot turkey beacon. Club lulu. Open up my sandwich and barely any meat. When I talked to the manager all he had to say was “ we pre scale out meat out. No I’m sorry I can make you a new one. We can add more meat. I have come here many times and had more meat than this. Come on

I’ve eaten at many sandwich shops, but this Jimmy John’s was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The staff acted like customers were an inconvenience—they barely acknowledged me, moved at a snail’s pace, and ignored basic cleanliness. Tables were sticky And crumby. It’s clear this location suffers from lazy workers and management that doesn’t supervise or train anyone. If corporate Jimmy John’s reads this: this store is an embarrassment to your brand. I won’t be back, and I’ll be telling friends and family to steer clear.

This store is one of the worst ran stores I have ever seen, disorganized, understaffed and always some excuse for the long wait.
Today they decided to do a 60 sandwiches catering order during the middle of lunch rush and make everyone who ordered online wait 30+ mins in store not to mention they knowingly made incorrect sandwiches without bacon which costs extra obviously and the girl tells people “we don’t have any made”. That is a scam, and after waiting 40 mins to get my half made sandwich, how great! What a joke of a restaurant. If Jimmy was still alive he would think this store was a disgrace. Do those sandwiches look like good quality and do you see bacon?

Walked in at 8:30pm, asked for money back at 8:45 when their awesome employees messed up the order twice then proceeded to make me wait while they started working on another order. Never again, went from freaky fast to freaky trash.

If you are a bread lover go to Subway but if you more into what’s in the sandwich Jimmy John’s is the place for you. The bread was toasted perfectly and meat, sauce and veggies were delicious.
