I have to write this review from two different perspectives. First, if you’re someone that had your subway account hacked, 1 star. My account got hacked, I contacted the online help and this store. I’m two states away, told them I did not order this sandwich, they probably shouldn’t give out this sandwich. Both just told me I had to just contact my bank. They were determined to give out this sandwich.

From the perspective of someone who hacks other’s subway accounts for free subs, easy 5 stars. There is no obstacle too big preventing them from handing out a free sandwich. Make sure to order to this store if you have a stolen Subway account.

Ordered food online when I arrived there was nobody else in line however I had to wait even longer. We ordered two footlongs the subcrunch was stale the pickles tasted like onion in which we did not have onion on either one of our subs to top everything else off the subs were still cold even after we specifically marked toasted. Quite disappointed this round and with as long as I had to wait it shouldn’t have been like that..

Went through drive through big mistake sat at window for good 7 min before anyone came to window not sure if anyone was working but finally got there. The staff was rude like I was a burden. Got my food delivered to my family and I asked for extra mayo on sandwich and one strip of mayo which cause the bread to be so dry. Prefer the other subway in town they seem to have nicer employees.

Are all subways like this now? I haven’t had subway in a long time but was craving the steak sandwich. Since when is the bread the size of a hot dog bun? On top of that the bread crumbled all over, and the taste was stale. I would talk about the meat but there was hardly any in mine. I’ll never pay this price again for a single footlong with no filling in it! What a ripoff!

I have a great deal of patience for food service mishaps. This crossed a line. Not because the bread was either so stale or overbaked, it was brick hard.. It was how management on duty handled my call.

I asked for the person in charge and that I unfortunately had a complaint. I felt awkward making the call but it had to be noted how poor my sandwich experience was. The bread was so bad.

They responded this is and immediately took a tone. Brittney was her name. I informed her about the bread and her response was they were baked fresh. It’s done daily. I said, if so, I guess it’s just one batch that got too hard. I tell her I’ve been to this location and never had a problem. She tells me this is impossible. Followed by a very childish ‘Well I’ll just throw all the bread out and close down for the day.’ Which was threatened 2 more times.

I said you’re missing the point. I’ve been polite and you’ve been rude from the start.

I didn’t call with a motivation to get compensated, just a simple sorry would have made a big difference. They needed to know this bread was inedible unless soaked in water. Not only was the bread nothing but flakes, the guts of the sandwich were sloppy and there was certainly no extra black olive, lettuce or banana pepper. Of which I didn’t even mention in my call.

In food service, complaints happen. Whether the customer is right or not, you don’t tell them they are wrong. Especially when they are being polite.

So we ordered a footlong ‘the boss’ got a 6 inch but price also got reduced down to a 6 inch price and my fiancé ordered a 6 inch ham and cheese with ranch and got a cheese and ranch sandwich. Don’t go here yall, it isn’t worth it.

This was probably the worst subway I have ever went to. The kid was worried about going home and not listening to what the order was. Asked for lettuce I have none on mine but the pieces you see. Lucky I can’t give a thumbs down.

Ordered door dash, got subway. Asked for Mayo on on my sandwich and there was none, no cheese on either when we ordered it on both, sandwich bread is unevenly cut and falling apart, bread is soggy but also burnt? Like seriously? Huge L oh and to top it off we ordered oven baked lays and got regular lays. What a waste of money.

I ordered a sub online, picked it up 5 minutes later. When I opened it I could not believe my eyes. Old crusty bread, filled with almost nothing but mayonnaise. I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but this was so horrible.

Already posted about poor service and missing items. Now that I’ve tried eating the sandwich I’ll finish giving the review. The sandwiches have very hard bread, the veggies are far from fresh so the part where I would complain about how few veggies on sandwiches turned out to be a good thing. Clearly the “sandwhich artist” was more concerned with going home than about constructing a masterpiece, unless of course she, was going for creating abstract masterpieces. I won’t be visiting this store again anytime soon. I’d give a zero or negative number of stars if I could. Management clearly needs to get a refresher coarse on management. I blame management for not overseeing employees to make sure their performance is up to the franchise standards, as well as making sure that all the ingredients are fresh and the quantity on sandwiches are proper. I suspect somebody is short changing customers and taking ingredients home with them. Just my opinion. Never again at this store.
