Best quality sushi in Frederick area. I usually travel to Rockville for good sushi, but thankfully I can just stop by Kyo. Very hospitable and quick service. Great to pick up or dine in.

Spent $60 on 2 dishes. Steak fried rice is what it is. It was fine. The other dish, hibachi dinner combo. Soup has no flavor, no does the watery “sauce”. The noodles had very little flavor. I paid for and did not receive extra vegetables. Seeing as the prices here have risen quite a lot, I expected a sincere effort to offer a tasty meal. Will not go back nor will i recommend them to the many people who ask about where to eat in Urbana, MD.

More casual and reasonable priced sushi place. Maybe not the fanciest indoor dining, but well worth it for the money. I have been there numerous times and have been very happy with service and quality. Very fast service each time i have been there.

Lovely! This was actually my first time trying raw fish. I’ve only had California rolls before. Very yummy and the owners are great people. This is my plate I assembled at home after carryout, not the restaurant.

This restaurant did not disappoint. Sushi contained no filler (crunchies, etc), and the sauces on the sushi were perfectly placed. The whole boat just tasted refreshing, and the fish had a clean flavor. Our service was friendly and prompt. I can’t wait to come back!

I’m about three bites in and I couldn’t wait to write this review. This is some of the freshest and most delicious sushi I’ve had in the DMV. 10/10 would recommend this cute and quaint spot! The volcano roll literally melts in your mouth I’m beyond impressed.

I ordered a roll from uber eats from this restaurant and literally on 6 pieces of the sushi the crab meat that was inside was encapsulated by a thick plastic wrap… the plastic was INSIDE the rolls. I am absolutely appalled and do not understand how this could happen. It was like the chef had a long roll of crab meat in a plastic wrap and he literally cut the crab meat into pieces with the freaking plastic still on and put it in the roll.
