I’ve never left a review before, but this experience has been frustrating enough to change that. Getting a simple coffee order wrong five times in a row is unacceptable. It feels like I’m drinking straight up milk.The staff are friendly, which i appreciate, but the repeated mistakes are really disappointing and makes it hard to justify spending money here.

Nasty, feces on toilet seat, no toilet paper and urine one floor. Dirty table and chairs and floor. 4-5 employees working now, no excuse! Will report to health department. Hate to see what kitchen looks like. Asked them to clean restroom so our group could use it, they did. Place is gross! Get your act together

I grabbed a chai latte, and the staff were super friendly. Some guy came in asking for water, and Starbucks makes you buy something else to get free water, so there was this whole thing, and I just bought him something so he could get his water.

took thirty minutes for my mobile order to be made! twenty minutes after the estimated time… they asked the name for my order when i got there, told the barista i was there for a mobile order, and still took another twenty minutes of them making orders for people that didn’t even come to get them in the time i was there… i was a barista for a long time, thirty minutes for a coffee is crazy!! especially when the only real work you have to do is pull the espresso shots. not to mention the fact that the espresso clearly tastes burnt, i order the same drink every time, so it wasn’t even worth the wait.

I’ve been going to this starbucks for a long time and have never had any issues and have a great relationship with most of the employees. Today though i encountered one of the rudest, most hostile employees I have ever came in contact with. I am in the service industry and totally understand dealing with annoying customers and having a hard day, but NAE was incredibly rude right from the start. Rushing me to order, and snapping at me right at the window. That girl needs serious customer service training and an attitude check. She should not be doing the window or the order taking if that is how she speaks and treats customers. On top of all of that the orders were wrong!!!

I was banned from “using the drive through”?!?
I went to use the mobile app to pick up my coffee, i said my name at the drive through. The worker then goes on a rant that she needs me to select drive through on my order. I explain to her that idk how.
All she said was “ill see you at the window” with an attitude. When we got to the window she says i was banned from using their drive through…
Like who is the manager allowing workers to ban customers at this location.
I use the mobile app everyday and no one has ever treated me like that ever.

Raine is the nicest person I have ever met, she always goes out of her way to remember my name and greet me even if I’m just picking up somthing inside. She deserves more than just a raise, especially with how loyal she has been working at this location for years!

EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. I go through this drive through the service and friendliness is beyond awesome! I feel like the people who work here like coming to work. So friendly every single time and I’ve been through a lot. Especially today, the gentleman and the drive through was so nice! I wish I knew his name and I’d shout him out! Good job, not every Starbucks is doing quite as good as a job with their service!

This is the third time ive gone here to pick up my wifes order and all three times they have gotten the order wrong. I dont know if they need a new microphone in the drive through but when women get the wrong coffee order, they flip. Im very upset with this location.

We were the first person in line inside,and it took 25 minutes! To get two small drinks. I will say the drinks were good but nothing special. The staff were not the kind, and always had a look on their faces. But going through the drive through is a different story, the staff are so nice and actually make your drink right.
