I ordered a couple sandwiches for my kids and I. There was only one customer inside the store so we were taken care of quickly. Subway’s interior was very clean, the bathroom as well.The individual that prepared my food, was fine and didn’t have any issues making my food. Pleasant experience. Thank you

They claim to be open until 9:30pm I ordered food at 8:30pm last night, paid for my order, confirmed pick of time of 9:15pm go to Walmart walk inside and The metal gate is closed and locked all lights out and no employees in sight, I call the number givin and no answer… Says they been open since 8:30am I have called several time to get my money back for the food I never received because they were closed even though they were still taking orders online… I still can not get anyone to answer the phone! Most ridiculous subway branch in Hamilton, Corporate should do something about this horrible management clearly they are incapable of doing their job correctly…! If I could give 0 stars I would… Don’t waste your money..!

They rushed us to order before we were ready. I was struggling to hear my brother on the phone. My anxiety was through roof so I nervously said ” turkey and shredded cheese”. They heard “ham” I guessing from the “and”. When I noticed it was ham they insisted I said ham and wouldn’t let me get the sandwich I came for. I don’t really eat ham but I was made to finish the sandwich because I wasn’t buying an extra sandwich just because they didn’t want to listen to me. They didn’t even apologize. I rate this store 0/5 stars.

Back to back visits from this place where I pay for double meat and my sub has 3 pieces of turkey on each half of my foot long. Messed up every order I’ve ever placed here in some way, never returning to this store.

Both my wife and son ate a sandwich here with ham on it and both got severely sick didnt even make it out of the walmart its located in… Others with us who didnt eat ham from this location did not get sick! Plus the cheddar cheese looked like it had been sitting around for a few hours with hard edges.. Please be aware of what they are putting in your sandwiches at this location they seem to not care what they are selling to there customers… Firehouse and Jimmy John’s are very close if you want a good sub sandwich..

They wouldn’t accept my coupon. They put less meat on my sandwich because they didn’t like that I made a long order. They did not put green peppers, salt and pepper or olive oil on my sandwich. When I tried asking them questions they had a really sour attitude.

I tried to eat here atleast 3-4 times and every time I’ve came the Middle eastern young lady served me she was always rude and nasty towards me, very impatient and sassy. This is a franchise so i couldn’t call a corporate number or anything so i am writing a review on this store. Do not eat from this unprofessional establishment!!
