They had their nerve to only have the bestest pizzas hot n ready. They said its only a dollar more. The fact that they only have the bestest hot ready is a way of ripping every customer off just to increase their sales. $1 multipled by how many they sell is ceasar’s way of over charging for not evn the same quality of the classic. I ordered the pretzel stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and they gave me a pizza that had WAYYY TOO MUCH SALT ALL OVER THE PIZZA ITSELF (NOT JUST THE CRUST) & HARDLY ANY PEPPERONI ON IT AT ALL!! Snobby manager wouldn’t even apologize for giving me 7 hot wings instead of 8. The order comes with 8. We got in a shouting match and I just realized how much cheaper and better quality dominos pizza and hot wings are. I will never eat at little Caesars again. Not with these prices.

Kimberly the manager is the worse. She has no management problem solving skills. I ordered online and when I got there the pizza was still not ready. I waited patiently and then asked for the status of my pizza. Kimberly just kept repeating “it’ll be 5 more minutes” without even checking on the pizza. At this point the pizza was suppose to be ready 25 minutes ago! I got there late so that this didn’t occur and it still ended up happening. One orders online to bypass rude customer service encounters and prefer to go straight to the machine, but because for whatever reason they didn’t get my order, I had to deal with rude customer service from the manager. Honestly, a simple “there was a glitch in our system and didn’t receive your order until a few minutes ago, sorry for the inconvenience ” could have gone a long way, but no, the manager decided it was best to blame the customer like if it was somehow my fault that they didn’t receive my order and prefers to stand there and argue with the customer and mock them! Very very unprofessional!

WORSE STORE/EMPLOYEES EVER!!! There’s no such thing as customer service here. No one wears name tags, no one wears gloves, and always on their phones. They all have a unfriendly attitude and want customers to in and out as quickly as possible. Customers deserve at least a “hello” or “we will be right with you” or even “have a good day.” Very unprofessional, very disgusting. Employee gave out free ranch just because he was too lazy to charge. I would be very embarressed, ashamed, and disappointed if this was my manager/employees on duty. (May 15, 2018 9:00pm – 1 guy cashier, 1 girl working pizza maker)
Second visit: My mistake for coming back to this one but the cashier does not understand easy orders. I ordered a classic $5 pepperoni and was charged a extra pepperoni, the cashier could not understand that I wanted a classic $5 pepperoni. After going back and forth for a bit, I gave up. Good pizza but horrible service. Juliana I think was her name. But once again my mistake for returning here. I recommended ordering from the app so you don’t deal with the horrible service.
