The food was great. My problem is the false advertising of their in store menu board. Claims ALL combos come with biscuit, after ordering and getting my food, have no biscuit. When asked, I’m told combos don’t come with biscuit despite the menu above them and turn away from me like I’m not there after. First time in and last.

This is the second time I came to this Popeyes and something was wrong with my order. The 1st night was superbowl night I ordered a two piece spicy white meat with red beans and rice and was given two pieces of meat and 4 biscuits I took a picture but deleted it out my phone.
Tonight I ordered the same thing and was given everything except the beans with my rice. I was given a container full of white rice only. It’s sad the we are here out of town working and are limited to be able to prep food for lunch due to living arrangements so we are left with having to eat out most of the time. It’s bothering when my order is wrong after spending my hard earned money and all I’m trying to do is get a decent meal. Popeyes do better and talk to your employees about being careless when it comes to giving people a messed up order.

I’d been craving Popeyes new chicken nuggets. So I stopped for lunch @ the Laplace location. Man, what a disappointment. I had a 12pc combo with mash n gravy and a sweet tea. Most of my nuggets were like the picture; overly breaded and not cooked hard enough.

I wish I could’ve rated one stars . THIS PLACE GAVE ME FOOD POISONING & I’m 1000 percent sure ! I skipped breakfast cus I was working and just didn’t have the time . Around lunch time I got a food . About 2 hrs later my stomach was in shambles! Cramping so bad I was crying .. a cramp that wouldn’t leave . I went to the hospital the next morning & they said it was food poisoning I’m pissed I’m neverrr eating here again . I wish this help somebody

After 10am we the people of Laplace should be able to get anything off of the menu not still being forced to get breakfast. Food should be ready.
