We always order from here and the food is always hot and good no matter how long we take to get there. There’s one lady in the front, she’s kinda rude. But everyone else makes up for it. We like this dominoes a lot. So good!

We had a visitor today 10/27/24 and don’t have time to pickup in store so we decided to order online and get it delivered. I ordered a XL Hawaiian pizza with additional toppings on it(olives,cheddar cheese blend & jalapeño) and 1 alfredo and 1 mac and cheese pasta with bacon. The pizza we got only has Jalapeño and Olives with it, and the pasta’s are 1/4 full from container and the mac and cheese doesn’t even have the bacon. I called the store rightaway @ 1:04pm and they deny that we got a pizza on our order, I told them I have an email proof of their address and validity of my order and pictures after we got them. I asked to speak to the manager but I was told the manager would be there by 4pm. We didn’t have time to go to the store again and we’re all starving, so we ended up eating it anyway, but it was a really horrible experience, and not worth the money I paid for! The person I spoke with didn’t even have a clue what she will do to compensate us. Didnt even offer to replace pizza.

Never send sauces that orders are supposed to come with ( sauce with cheesy bread, icing on lava cakes) you expect to get these things, but nope. They won’t you to pay extra. So disappointing. 3x shame on me

I ordered pizza on DoorDash and selected the “Leave my food at the door” option (I don’t like direct contact with delivery drivers, and if I have time I can bring the food in from my porch).
The delivery driver called me, but I didn’t answer because I specifically chose the leave at door option. About 20 seconds later, I saw the missed call on my phone, opened the door, and the driver immediately started shouting at me:
“YOU CAN’T ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT ANYMORE IF YOU CAN’T PICK UP YOUR PHONE.”-No worries, I wouldn’t be buying food from this restaurant anymore.
Excuse me??? How can a restaurant allow that? He came in a Domino’s car, so this wasn’t just a random independent driver. How can someone behave like that? I didn’t want any contact at all!
And this only ever happens with Domino’s deliveries (since they use their own cars). When I order from other restaurants, the drivers ALWAYS follow the instructions and just leave the food at the door.
This is nonsense and completely unprofessional behavior.

Ordered their carryout 6.99 large two topping pizza special just last Saturday and was shocked with what we received. It had to be the flattest pizza I have ever had outside of New Haven style and believe me it was no New Haven pizza! We order from here from time to time and its always decent. Have never received anything like this before, its almost like they removed the quality to justify the special price. I will probably think twice before I order again unfortunately!
