UPDATE:- Bubbakoo’s refunded my entire order to make amends for the missing items from my order.
Thank you for the great customer service. Increased my eating from 1 to 5 stars.
Placed my first (and last) order ever at this location. I pre-paid a tip. Tips are usually voluntarily given for good service AFTER the service. I expected to get good service. I did not get good service.
I picked up my order on a snowy night. The parking lot was icy so I was very concerned with getting from and to my car without falling. I walked inside the store, picked up my order and returned home.
That’s when I noticed more than half my order was missing.
Bubbakoo’s sent me a text asking how they did, so I told them I was unhappy with their non fulfillment of my order and explained that since it was still snowing, I was not returning to the store to pick up my missing items.
The response text reflected the worst customer service I’ve ever received. “We’re truly sorry you were unhappy with our service.” No offer of a refund for the items I did not receive. No offer of a coupon for next time. NOTHING but a “truly sorry.” That’s not acceptable.
I will never purchase from this store again.
As a warning to anyone who does, do not leave the store without checking to make sure they processed your order correctly. You shouldn’t have to but these people can’t be trusted.

I love THIS shop. Have become a regular and for good reason. Always greeted with a smile. Amd the preparation of burritos here is perfect. Generous portion, delicious fresh ingredients. Not all stores like THIS one. Ill keep coming back!!!

The best bubbakoo’s in nj the service always great Ashley and Ivanna are always happy to help you build the best bawl and burrito. Those tow ladies make you feel welcome. One the reason I going 5 times per week is because the food flavor is good and the service from Ashley and Ivanna are great. The only reason is not 5 stars is because this guy name Wilber is always angry at the ladies for serving a good amount of food. Look i come back to get served from Ashley and Invanna because Wilber never even smiled he always looks angry.

I wanted lunch quickly and ordered online. I ordered the sweet chilli shrimp tacos. When I arrived the I was greeted. The food was ready and I left after grabbing it. When I dug in the tacos were good but just a tad bit too sweet. All in all I had a pretty decent experience.

It’s too hot. I’m standing in line for less than 3 minutes and drenched in sweat. No wonder the sitting area is empty. The thermostat is set to mid 70s not sure how you expect your employees to be able to work in this environment and then have clients enjoy your large store front. I’m surprised osha hasn’t been called.update the response from the owner means nothing if the temperature remain high.

it’s located in the middle of the strip mall between other restaurants, so you might easily miss the jam in Midland Park! do not miss nice staff and great food! their food is much better than Chipotle or Quadoba’s. strongly recommend.

First time here and this salad bowl was delicious!!!! I wish they had vegan options that wouldn’t be contaminated with meat and dairy products though. Nonetheless, this was delicious, the workers were friendly and fast plus the place was clean and nice.
