I usually get takeout at this place. Today I got the scoop meal of Kelli chicken salad with two sides of broccoli salad. Both are great and I have leftovers for another meal. A small iced sugar cookie is always included in the meal, but I always buy a regular sugar cookie to go along with it. Everything I have had there is always excellent. The broccoli salad is good as well as the grape salad. The soups are always very good as well.

This was my first time here and I ordered to go. The food was good, service was fast and good. The dining room area by fountain drinks the floor was dirty. The crackers I got were all broken and one pack had like a hole so I didn’t eat those crackers. But my sandwich was good the pasta salad dry and I only got a little bit.

This place is very addictive. I normally don’t crave chicken salad that much but I have to give this one it’s props. If you don’t want a meal they do have quick pics and those are the pick and go. If you want to dine in they have several varieties. One of my favorites is the croissant meal it is like a bacon cheese melt with your flavor of chicken salad. Here are the ones that I have already tried and I still have trouble making up my mind. Here are my favorite flavors classic Carol, overall flavor is Olivia’s old South, Lauren’s lemon basil, kickin Kay Lynne (combination of buffalo sauce, ranch, bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and finally chop jalapenos. Only has just a little bit of heat), sassy Scotty, Buffalo Baclay, and their new holiday special jalapeno Holly. They have many more including chicken salad that contains fruit and nuts. All I have to say is just check out the menu. As you can see the list of my flavors you will have just as much trouble as myself. Now my husband only restricts me with the quick pics instead of the meal deals. They also offer reward points with ever purchase if you sign up for free.

This spot is definitely worth the hype! I’ve been to a couple of locations now, and the is one by far is my favorite!
Why? The service was amazing and FAST! Don’t let the dauntingly long lines fool you. They get the food out speedily and with a big smile on their faces:)
Atmosphere – there are some booths, which I always appreciate. It is a little cramped tho so maneuvering around was a tad bit challenging. The parking lot is also always packed because of the shopping plaza it’s in so you may have to park far away.
Service – the gals are friendly and adorable!!! The cashier I had didn’t know too much about allergens, modifications or details of the menu tho. Kind of disappointing.
Food – oh man do they hook it up! All of their chicken salads are amazing and flavorful! The spicy ones could definitely use more heat. I could barely taste any jalepeno. I do wish they offered better bread options, such a sourdough, rye or a bagel of some sort. And maybe some other toppings such as cucumbers and sprouts. The price point is kind of high, esp considering how cheap it is to make chicken salad.
Huge fan of the broccoli slaw, but it is very sweet and could definitely use wayyyy less sugar.
Will definitely be going back soon!

Now that the grand opening is over, this CSC is headed down already much like the other Columbia location. We ate there today as we have several times already. The Mac & Cheese was old…dry and goopy. There was no dressing/sauce on the broccoli salad ….just the dry broccoli, cheese, and bacon. They gave us dressing to put on it ourselves . My husband’s order was not right at all. Instead of apologizing, the staff was not that nice and acted like I interrupted their social interaction (no one was in line) saying the broccoli salad never has a dressing or sauce on it. We didn’t bother to ask about the Mac & cheese and my husband’s sandwich.
In their defense the management has reached out offering to refund our money. Just beware!

The food is great. The service is lacking a little but not much. I placed a large order and one of the items was missing when I got home. I called the store up and told them about the mishap and they made it right. They said that they would keep our name in the system and we could return anytime but when I got there they said it was no name in the system. They still made it right but just wished they would take the time to double check the orders.

I love Chicken Salad Chick’s food. The quality is always consistent. However, I do not recommend ordering delivery through UberEats. Every. Single. Time. my order is missing items. I like to order “The Chick.” If I ask for three scoops, I get one or two. If I order two scoops, I get one. Today’s lunch was a ridiculous waste of my money and time.

I am súper happy we got a CSC close to my job. I was ecstatic to visit the new location. I ordered me a classic carol blt and it was made to perfection. I am really picky about my bread being toasted and it was PERFECT. The bacon was cooked PERFECT. The veggies were fresh and the chicken salad was delicious. Definitely making this my new lunch spot!
