iNoodle offers authentic Asian Fusion and Chinese cuisine inspired by family recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation. After years of restaurant experience, the head chef received formal culinary training in New York City which inspired the birth of a new restaurant that would fuse centuries old traditions with highly refined contemporary skills. This is one of my favorite restaurants. The food tastes amazing and the ingredients are always fresh. I especially love the chicken wings and beef ramen. The waitress is very nice and sweet as well. Definitely a 5-star experience!

We started with hot sake, fried dumplings and shishito peppers. The sake carafes are pretty large. Not complaining. the peppers could have been cooked longer as they were still pretty firm and we wished they had a little salt, but the portion size was great. The dumplings were cooked and seasoned to perfection. The complimentary pickled daikon and kimchi were good especially the kimchi. I should have bought extra for home. Our main dish was the Angus beef Ramen. Wow!! So good and an amazing portion of short rib. Only thing that would’ve made it better for me is more broth, but that’s just me being greedy because i couldn’t finish my food. (My partner finished his with no regrets.) To complete the meal we were provided with a tasting of their honey jasmine tea. It was so good. If I hadn’t been so full, I would have bought a cup.

Came the 2nd day they opened in the area years ago.First myself, then my wife and myself, and now, my daughter. Ever since, each week we go, and the quality is still the same: great. Staff is fantastic. Truely is a food gem of Ponte Vedra that stays in business, while still knowing your first name.

This is a hidden gem. We took my dad to have ramen for the first time for all of us. I was nervous hoping we all could all find something to eat.
Everything tasted fabulous.
We started with appetizers and ordered pork dumplings and chicken wings. The chicken wings were phenomenal lightly crispy fried and we had tossed it with Korean bbq.
I ordered the salmon and chicken poke bowl. It was refreshing and tasty.
My dad and husband had Ramen. I suggested to my husband to try the Angus Ramen based off other reviews. It was so tasty and meat was tender and fell off the bone. My dad tried the Shoyu Ramen.
The place is small and intimate which is my favorite thing about it. We will be going back.

Definitely a must try! The pork dumplings were delicious as an appetizer and the ramen was scrumptious. I love that they give you honey tea at the end.
The atmosphere is very pleasant and the service was great. The only change I would make would be to cut the chicken so it’s easier to eat. I will be back!

I Noodle Ramen never disappoints! The poke bowl is always fresh and flavorful, and the chicken ramen is absolutely amazing—rich, comforting, and perfectly seasoned. The quality here is impressively consistent, and every visit feels like a treat. To top it off, their strawberry boba is a must-try, with just the right balance of sweetness and creaminess. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving delicious ramen or poke bowls!

Our meal was lovely from start to finish. The fresh made classic dumplings are delectable, as were all the ramens (shoyu, shio, and tonkotsu) we tried. Their tea is also delicious, and we appreciated that they offered us to-go drinks (in fun cups no less) on our way out. Their shaved ice dessert looked amazing – a table near us got it, but we were just too full. Can’t wait to go back and try that as well as their bubble tea and other items! Service was friendly and attentive throughout our meal as well.
