We had such a great meal at George Street Bistro & Bar! Everything we ordered was fresh and super tasty. The chicken wrap was amazing, the fries were crispy and fresh cut homemade, and the pasta with meatballs was total comfort food. The vibe is cozy and welcoming. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Happened to come upon a new location on north George Street in York,PA called George Street Brewing Company. A beautiful cozy location. Nice bar, great cocktails, beers on tap, wine, coffee, cold brew. Patrick, the mixologist, is very pleasant and knowledgeable of all he serves. The 1777, tequila and grapefruit drink is very refreshing. Ask Patrick for an old fashion. You won’t be disappointed. The food is delicious. Everything ordered had a great taste and very satisfying. If you’re a pastrami lover, this is the place to go to. Wonderful atmosphere, casual, great place to meet up with friends and enjoy all George Street Brewing Company has to offer. Though just starting out, we can only imagine what the community will be offered in the months and years to come from this quaint location. The owners, Bill and Shawn, have many ideas and spoke with all who walked through their doors. Do yourself a favor, go visit George Street Brewing Company you won’t be disappointed. We weren’t. We’ll definitely be back.

I visited this bar for some matchmaking events, and It was just alright. It has a coffee shop atmosphere and is larger than most bars I’ve been to. I would return for future events; the owner was very nice. However, parking was an issue; it’s limited street parking, and I had to park several blocks away.

Sooo, where has this place been all my life? New spot in York and my first order off the menu was unbelievably good. Who even puts lump crab, and bacon with avocado?!? Had the Lydia, a phenomenal Dirty Martini, and whatever comes next. Side note…ask the bartender about her moldy water thing…you’ve never heard of it, but I promise you it makes sense.

We had lunch here on a Saturday and the food was excellent. Turkey avocado wrap, caprese ciabatta and roast beef sandwich were all served fresh and delicious. Service was super welcoming and helpful. Atmosphere was quiet and tables aren’t jammed close together. We’ll be back!

Been here before to drink on a First Friday. It was packed and fun; so came back to try dinner. Food was quality! They changed the menu from recently from small bites to entrees and got it spot on. Definitely recommend this place.
