Gas Station atomisphere. Felt safe (4-State Troopers here. Skillet scrambled eggs, mashed potatoes and brisket. Loved the the brisket, not a fan of the scrambled eggs. The Benedict, with ham, sausage gravy, & medium fried eggs delicious! Biscuits and gravy two eggs hard, another winner full of sausage. Finally one biscuit and two eggs over medium eggs. The biscuit was fabulous. No seasoning needed for anything and some incredible potatoes were included with each meal ordered.

Wondered upon the establishment simply of the name. I’ve taken my family to the Braglio Farms during their events through the summer. My daughter was actually one of the winners of their watermelon eating challenge. Not to get off track but I stopped by off the name. The inside is clean and welcoming. My wife and myself bother ordered the breakfast brisket w/ egg sandwich and a side of potatoes. I believe the brisket was smoked 24hours prior and it was perfection. It was mouthwatering to the last bite. Potatoes cooked to perfection. We also ordered their inhouse tea. I mixed all three flavors which was so good I just had to save for later. Unfortunately I probably won’t visit again being it 40 minutes away compared to being only 10 minutes away from Brsglio farms,BUT, if I am driving in their direction for anything, this will be my go to spot.

Stopped in for breakfast on our way to the Maryland Steam Historical Society show. The Smokehouse classic breakfast sandwich had a generous helping of brisket. The potatoes were nice and crispy with the right amount of soft inside.

Very clean sanitary place. They use their own butcherd meats from their farm. I had the brisket and ribs but my favorite thing there is their bbq beans with a great smoke flavor although the ribs and brisket was ok they use a pellet smoker so there wasn’t that hardwood texas smokey flavor

the 2 meat sampler isnt worth $18 (see pic) both for quality and quantity. The Brisket is mostly fat but somehow the meaty parts are dry with no flavor. Burnt ends look good but are dry, sauce is good. Corn bread is amazing. They are putting less fries in the family size now too. Ordered on site and picked up around 520 for dinner on a thursday. Feels like i got dried out food left over from lunch? Order #ksk135. However, corn bread is on point

Went for a late breakfast. This is more my bf’s kind of place than mine. He loved it! My breakfast sandwich was good but a bit on greasy side for me. He got the smash burger on a bagel and raved about it. They have a whole convenience store in there as well. Food items to go as well such as chicken and brisket pot pies. We picked one up for the next day. I’m sure we will be back. I’ll ask for extra crispy bacon next time!!

If you are within 30 minutes of this place, come and try it. My son and I ventured over this way for his birthday breakfast and it was absolutely delicious. We ate every bite. Had the smoked cream cheese on an everything bagel (delicious) with a side of sausage and ham and then some candied bacon! It was absolutely delicious and a good hearty portion!

Everything here is excellent. All the people working there are very kind. Price is high compared to some places, but it is 100% justified and worth it. The quality and taste of all their foods is superb. Their coffee is also awesome as well. I don’t even live in Maryland. But I go out of my way to go here everytime I’m in the area.

The employees were friendly and welcoming. I had the cheesesteak which was delicious, cheesy and definitely enough to share. The hamburger was juicy and had good flavor too. The fries and onion rings were also very good. We’ll be back to explore more of the menu though it was a bit pricey.

I really wanted to love this spot – local, BBQ, and nearby. Unfortunately, I can’t say it’s worth it.
First, the prices are outrageous. I paid a $3 surcharge for using a credit card. I won’t list the prices for everything I purchased, but it was very expensive for a gas station BBQ joint. In fact, very expensive if it were a restaurant.
Second, the staff was unavailable both times I went in. No one was around for questions about the food or when I went to checkout.
And finally, I absolutely love that many of the items in the store are local. However, I bought some chips from Gaithersburg and they were all burnt. No kidding – a family size bag. Local products are great, but it’s not capitalism to support an inferior product.
I recommend trying it out. Just start small so you know what you’re getting for the cost. My experience was small portions, I felt nickel and dimed, and underserved.
