I didn’t quite know what I wanted but the cashier at the time helped me pick some flavors I liked and Trin the barista made me the perfect drink! The shakes were great and my kids loved them! My daughter is a type one diabetic and we are always looking for low carb alternatives for her. I am happy to say this did not spike her blood sugar and she didn’t even need insulin to cover the shake!
