This location is 0 for 2 on correct orders. The ticket lists the order and choices right there. It’s like they just ignore it. Call in for pickup, hadn’t even been started when I got there. Called for delivery, took an HOUR (guess they’re not freaky fast anymore eh?) and the order was incorrect in multiple ways. Then guess what? There’s no “Problem with my order” option on Jimmy Johns website so they can fix it. So here we are at ye ‘ol google reviews.

First off! The 3 on atmosphere has nothing to do with this location. It’s only because JIMMY JOHNS needs more spice to the atmosphere. BUT!!! this location in particular is fantastic! The are brand new, they have a fresh staff and a new owner. I was there on opening day, I ordered from them in person twice since then and ordered online multiple times since opening but I have to say that tonight’s order was the best. You can really tell that after being open enough, that they have really tightened things up. I had a menu question and I spoke to a manager named karlos (“yes it’s with a K and spelled correctly, I did check”) but I also had the same delivery driver as I did when I first ordered and the driver remembered me! And not because I was a mean customer but because I was watching hockey that night. Like WOW! A lot of comments might paint this location in a negative light but remember they are a young new store. Give them time and they will deliver for you like they did for me!!
