Reviews
The food here is truly exceptional and easily 5-star quality. I was blown away by several dishes. The **Japanese Chicken Liver Parfait** was a masterpiece—perfectly smooth and balanced. The **Three Yellow Chicken**, cooked two ways, was incredibly tender and flavorful. Even the bread was so good I wish they’d open a bakery!
However, the experience was let down by the service, which is why I can’t give a full five stars. We were on a tight schedule for a business lunch and informed the staff we needed to leave by 2 PM. We were assured this was no problem, but the service was slow from the start; it took over 15 minutes just to get our welcome bread. Unfortunately, our final course (the cheese plate) was served right at 2 PM, which made us late.
Additionally, I had noted in the reservation that it was a birthday celebration, but this was overlooked. A small acknowledgment, even just a “Happy Birthday” written on the cheese plate, would have been a nice touch.
I would still recommend this restaurant for the phenomenal food alone, but I’d advise diners to be cautious if they are on a tight schedule. The kitchen is clearly brilliant, and I hope the front-of-house service can rise to match it.
The set menu is expertly crafted, featuring dishes with stunning, artistic presentations and even better tastes. The star of the evening was Sommelier Stanko. His professional and insightful wine pairing, paired with his engaging stories, elevated the meal into a truly immersive and joyful experience.
For anyone seeking an authentic fine dining experience, I cannot recommend Té Bo highly enough. It’s a place that will leave you impressed and in high spirits for a long, long time. Thank you for a memorable night!
Té Bo, t’es beau
The restaurant features a semi-open kitchen and a bar theme . As soon as you sit down, you can watch the chefs busy at work— the ambiance is absolutely perfect! The location is fantastic too, offering a clear view of the office building’s mall lobby. When sunlight filters in, it’s ideal for taking stunning photos
The lunch menu isn’t offering a wide range of options, but every dish hits the spot perfectly!
• First up: square-shaped toast bread. Crispy on the outside and dense on the inside, they’re adorable and just right for whetting your appetite.
Starters
• The starters were a total surprise! I opted for the squid dish , which came in thin, pasta-like strips. Its texture was like tender but gummy noodles, and it paired amazingly with the seaweed sauce.
• My bestie’s salad was also extraordinary~ The truffle dressing and avocado paste were perfectly balanced, bringing out the fresh sweetness of the fruits and vegetables.
Main Courses
• The mains were simply divine! My Spanish Iberico pork presa looked like a thick-cut steak, but it was incredibly tender and juicy with every bite. Drizzled with pork jus and paired with apple and celeriac~
•My bestie’s Italian sweet onion and spinach ravioli was light and non-greasy, stuffed with a generous filling, and the sauce had rich, layered flavours.
Dessert
• We chose chocolate mousse for dessert—it was good but not particularly memorable.
• However, the chocolate orange cake balls at the end were a lovely surprise; the orange aroma was just right for cutting through the richness.
The portion sizes are perfect for ladies, with new delights in every bite, and the value for money is excellent! The atmosphere is stylish and comfortable. Next time, we definitely have to try their dinner menu~
Just had the most divine girls’ brunch at Te Bo – their new 2025 Michelin star is absolutely deserved!
The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between elegant and relaxing, ideal for a special catch-up with the girls.

Already planning our next visit – this might become our new regular spot!
Today I visit an elegant restaurant with chef bar table. The interior is very nice ,rather spacious and modern.
Beef tartare
The beef tartare is so good! The beef texture is perfect, not too soft like mashed but retain beef texture , and the seasoning is great, with aid of citrus and special Japanese plum flavour , adding a bit freshness to the dish, it is a light but tasty appetiser. It is a modern twist of beef tartare.
Leek and potato soup
This potato soup is served cold, perfect for summer! The soup is very smooth and creamy, the leek goes perfectly with potato and the bacon adds a kick to it. That’s so delicious!
Three yellow chicken roulade
This yellow chicken is cooked perfectly, one bite size, easy to eat, paired with red peppers and special sauce, the meat is so tender with a roast flavor, lovely.
Coconut, stracciatella ice cream , pandan, tapioca
This coconut dessert is lovely, it is so light and creamy, with some crispy elements elevating the texture, love it.
Overall I got a great dining experience, thank you.
Beef cheek raviolo was by far the star of the meal and tasted amazing. Chicken dish was on the saltier side but our server was more than happy to listen to our feedback so that was definitely appreciated.
Atmosphere is also great, overall a great experience and would come again.
Tried the tasting menu which features their signature dishes. The appetizer trio were delightful, delicate flavour complimented with different layers of texture. I particularly enjoyed the beef cheek ravioli and the crispy lobster, both delicious. I gave a 4-stars because i was slightly disappointed with the three yellow chicken which was my most anticipated dish. I understood the concept of reimagined yellow chicken and i think it was a good attempt but the taste was just not there for me and i felt a bit uncertain with what i was eating.
Wrapping up the meal was a refreshing dessert along with a petite four. The sweets were wonderful and a nice end note to the meal.
I think it’s worth a try, definitely a nice experience. Will i come back again? Maybe, depending on the menu.
Loved everything by Chef Sebastian and his team, especially their homemade brioche, signature beef cheek ravioli and their petit fours. Can’t wait to come back!
Definitely my favorite new restaurant in 2024
