Good sub but, spread out the meat. Don’t just slap it in the middle. 25% of the sub had no meat. We had a good laugh.
Also can you clean the tables and floors? We had to sit at an unclean table with lettuce on the floors. Bathroom had no paper towels. I felt bad with wet hands using the roll on the cashiers counter. Sub was good for the most part. 99% there.

Subs were nice. The place smelled like an mmm mmm pizza joint, that was sexy. Then the choices were good because other places besides Subway don’t let you modify the options.
That is a good service letting you modify things. But crazy is they got the soda machine that has all kinds of choices.
Don’t forget the heros Ambiance, that’s awesome in its own right. The fire suits, totally cool. Just needs a fire pole, then ecto-1 outside ready to go.

Found hair in food. Not acceptable. Live over an hour away and (always stop here when I am in town) and when I got to the house to eat it there was hair in the sandwich. I know this stuff happens sometimes but come on. It was a black hair on turkey meat. Very visible.

I went there and wasn’t even greeted and when I went to tell them what I wanted they was over talking me and I can’t even tell them what I wanted to even make my sandwich right the stuff was good before they all had name tags then now they don’t so but I don’t know what happened now like they all have gone to shit so I would not recommend this place not unless you feel like fighting do not eat here horrible service

Unfortunately, I can’t give an accurate review on anything but the service, but I feel this important enough to say. I’d been driving for days in areas with no gluten free choices and was excited to get to FHS on Minot. I walked in and no one addressed me initially. Finally, a large woman behind the
counter yelled “you know what you want”? Yes I do. She then yelled what can I get started for you? Soon, a young man comes to the register (finally) and I find myself explaining my order to them both with her yelling from behind the counter. I try to order a gf tuna salad and again, both of them, start firing questions. I explain that I’m celiac and almost accusatorily they both began to shout that it won’t be gluten free because of some ridiculous mayo they use here. I was flabbergasted. Not that a server was taking quietly at me at a register but because the woman kept yelling. I walked out and said something like I’ve never had a FHS treat me like that. They yelled a sarcastic have a nice day. I’m shocked. I’m a teacher and know how I should’ve been treated. They need to get rid of that awful woman.

My husband and I ordered 2 subs and the gal taking our order ws resti g her head on her left hand like she was bored and every other statement was “is that it?” We got our order and to no surprise both sandwiches were missing items,, wrong and cold. We ended up driving all the way back to get our right orders. Such a waste of money, Gas & time.
