I really don’t know y, people put 5 stars, pesto was watery, spaghetti taste like cardboard, poorly made, hamburger didn’t taste like hamburger, n it wasn’t medium rare, it was overcooked. Water n coke was great, the spinach soup was very watery but very tasty. dishes n utensils were clean, including glasses. Steak had too much fat and very small piece, was even smaller when removed the fat, but the steaky was very seasoned. Ther waitress who brought out the food almost spilled the food on couple occasions, the trays were too heavy (u could see it wobble), the dishes were too hot for her to delivery dishes to the customers (from tray to table). If u plan on taking a two hour lunch break, then its fine to dine here, other than that, don’t come here thinking u will get ur food in 30 minutes or less it more like 40 to 45 minutes.

It is like a fine food restaurant with affordable prices! I’ve been here 3 times and enjoyed everything I ordered! Limited Hours and Days, Reservations can be made 30 days in advance and the website it very informative. I found it by searching “Rainier Room” and it is at Clover Park Technical College.

A hidden gem in Lakewood. CPTC students serve up very tasty menu. And, how cool that we have such a good training program.

Always delightful. I wasn’t really happy with my scallop fetucini because it was not the large scallops. The other people’s entres looked excellent and the recipients raved.

We ate lunch there today—the place came with high recommendations. We began with delicious salads & the lobster bisque soup. Halfway into the salad they served our entrees. If this was done in a retail restaurant we would have refused the entrees. The table was extremely crowded with all of the dishes.
The two people that had ordered the crab tower said it was extremely bland & needed “something”! Lemon was squeezed over all with little change.
We ordered 4 creme brûlée for dessert. I’ve never had runny creme brûlée! The sugar on top was over cooked/burned on the edges & too thick..
We discussed the serving errors with our waitress, she apologized & hopefully she will remember this error in the restaurant setting after she goes out into the job market. I don’t know about the recipe they use for their brûlée but it definitely lacking…
