We ordered delivery tonight 2/21/26 and everything was excellent, even down to the really nice delivery guy! We had been ordering pizza closer to us from another chain that rhymes with pizza shut, but they were skimping on the sauce at both locations and was consistently cold. This Domino’s was excellent, the pizza fresh and hot. Thank you!

I placed my order online, picked it up and was headed back to work. I opened the pizza to find the toppings were only in the center of the pizza, I ordered beef with extra cheese. I took it back to the restaurant and the young man who said he’s the manager has no customer service skills. He never apologized for the situation and seem to have an attitude when I asked that it be remade, this is the same young man that doesn’t say please or thank you. Maybe he shouldn’t be a manger with that type of attitude. It’s not the first time I’ve experienced this with the same person.

We order from this location at least 2-4x a month or more and the mistakes are becoming more and more frequent. Tonight my pasta arrived, Italian sausage marinara, with 1/3 of the amount of sauce, NO cheese, and most the noodles were hard and burnt. The girl on the phone was rude and kept me on hold forever. Blamed the food on “being really busy”. Idc how busy you are, the person that pulled this out of the oven should’ve known better than to send it out. I worked at dominos for 4+ years so I also know that she was wrong to tell me that my remake would take 1.5 hours to get made. You remake the mistake, right then, put it directly in the oven (7-7.5mins) and send it out with the FIRST available driver. No matter how busy your are. That’s called good customer service. Why do I have to wait and pay for YOUR MISTAKE? I am 7 mos pregnant and got NO dinner tonight. We always tip well (minimum $5/order or 20%) and we are regular patrons. Do better. This photo is exactly how it arrived. 🙁

If I could give zero stars, I would. I recently placed an online order and specifically requested that the wings be made extra crispy, even calling the store directly to emphasize that I wanted the wings put through the oven twice. Despite this, the entire order—including the wings, pizza, and Alfredo—arrived cold and the wings were not crispy at all.
I called the store to express my concerns and spoke with the manager, Michael. I explained that I was dissatisfied with the order and even offered to return the food in exchange for a fresh order. Shockingly, his response was, “What you could do is just stop ordering from Domino’s if you don’t like the food.”
As a long-time customer, I found this response incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. It’s disappointing that a manager would treat a loyal customer this way rather than offer any solution or accountability.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will no longer be ordering from Domino’s and will be escalating this incident further. Poor food quality is one thing, but poor customer service, especially at the management level, is unacceptable. Please get Micheal some more customer service training….

This is usually my go to pizza place. Not anymore. Second time in a row my order was messed up. Spoke to Jesus on the phone and said he really couldn’t help me, asked to speak to a manager. He came back on the phone and slightly changed his voice and said the same thing. So unprofessional. Will just be going to Pizza Hut from now on. Do better Dominos.

I haven’t ordered from this store in over a year easy. I really was tired of getting ripped off. Ordering thin crust that would have anywhere from a quarter to a half inch rim. Pan dough that you could tell had been over proof.
I would explain that I was a former manager for Domino’s, that myself knowing Domino’s policy for making pizza. Didn’t matter. You get what you get and you got what they gave you and that was that. ( Not no reflection on the drivers never had a problem with any of the drivers. )
