Any delivery from here will be at least an hour in the car. The last several delivery have been this way and I have ordered dozens of times from here maybe more. But last 6 months to a year they have stopped caring. Tried to give feedback to manager. Got hung up on once before I could even talk to anyone. Otherwise they couldn’t care less. They got plenty of customers to care about any single one. So if you want cold old pizza delivered, this is your place. I would probably keep ordering here if the manager i gave feedback to showed even an ounce of consideration or empathy.

We order delivery from here. They always make the pizza exactly to our specifications (we have a family member with dietary restrictions), and the delivery drivers are super efficient AND COURTEOUS. On our last order, we had a no-contact delivery. The driver took extra time to make sure that she placed the food where our door would not hit it when we opened it to retrieve the food. I found that super thoughtful, considerate, and rare. Thank you for such great service every time!

I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel like I genuinely have to give credit where it’s due. For a long time, my experience with different Domino’s locations has honestly been disappointing. I dealt with slow service, messed-up orders, cold food, and customer service that felt rushed or uninterested. After enough bad experiences, I started to expect every order to be a gamble.
Then I went to this Domino’s and met Terrence, and everything changed.
From the minute I walked in, Terrence treated me like a valued customer, not just another order number. He greeted me with energy, respect, and real professionalism — something I haven’t seen in any other Domino’s store I’ve been to. You can tell right away he actually cares about the experience people have.
What stood out the most is how on top of everything he was.
He double-checked my order, made sure it was made right, and even gave me updates without me having to ask. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly the way it should be, which hasn’t always been the case at other locations. It honestly felt like a completely different company compared to the Domino’s stores I used to go to.
Terrence’s attitude alone made the experience 100 times better. He’s patient, friendly, and handles customers with the kind of professionalism that you don’t see often in fast food. You can tell he takes pride in his job, and it shows in everything—from how he talks to people, to how he makes sure the service is smooth, to how clean and organized the store was.
What really surprised me was how he took the time to ask if everything tasted good and if the order turned out the way I expected. I’ve NEVER had anyone at Domino’s do that before. It’s such a small thing, but it made me feel like my experience mattered.
Because of Terrence, this location has officially become the only Domino’s I trust now. The difference between the service I used to get at other stores and the service here is night and day. This was hands-down the best Domino’s experience I’ve ever had, and he’s the reason why.

Keep Terrence. Give him a raise. Promote him.
He’s the kind of employee who actually makes customers want to come back.

I have ordered numerous times from here with no issue, but my most recent was such a disappointment. My pizza had veggies on it, which I did not order. I don’t know if that’s a mess up by the driver or what. The center of the pizza was a gooey, undercooked mess. The parm bites had hardly any seasoning on them. Just a bummer.

This is the nastiest pizza I have ever received. Not only is there a miscellaneous liquid all over every piece, the bottom of the pizza is around 1cm in width and the crust is varying from 1-3 inches in length. Called and got a refund immediately, not even my dog would eat it so it’s garbage I guess.

I just want to say that me and my hubby are new timers here from NWI and after a looooong day of moving and unpacking, a free emergency pizza sounded like heaven. Well im not saying it was completely bad but what on gods earth did we do to deserve such mockery of a pizza. We order pepperoni and got cheese, the cut isnt even into 1/8ths, to be honest idek what it was cut into, and my free pizza is gone 🙁 we ate it because as you could assume, we HAVE NO FOOD in our new apartment.
