In the kitchen, Terrence’s work is just as impressive. He prepares orders with care, accuracy, and speed, always ensuring that the food is cooked properly and looks great. His attention to detail shows that he takes pride in his work, and customers can taste the difference. He’s reliable, dependable, and someone the team can count on when things get hectic.
Above all, Terrence is respectful, polite, and considerate. He treats his coworkers well, communicates clearly, and contributes to a supportive work environment. His attitude reflects genuine professionalism and a strong work ethic. Terrence is the kind of employee who makes the store better every day, and he deserves recognition for the effort, dedication, and positivity he brings to Domino’s.
Then I went to this Domino’s and met Terrence, and everything changed.
From the minute I walked in, Terrence treated me like a valued customer, not just another order number. He greeted me with energy, respect, and real professionalism — something I haven’t seen in any other Domino’s store I’ve been to. You can tell right away he actually cares about the experience people have.
What stood out the most is how on top of everything he was.
He double-checked my order, made sure it was made right, and even gave me updates without me having to ask. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly the way it should be, which hasn’t always been the case at other locations. It honestly felt like a completely different company compared to the Domino’s stores I used to go to.
Terrence’s attitude alone made the experience 100 times better. He’s patient, friendly, and handles customers with the kind of professionalism that you don’t see often in fast food. You can tell he takes pride in his job, and it shows in everything—from how he talks to people, to how he makes sure the service is smooth, to how clean and organized the store was.
What really surprised me was how he took the time to ask if everything tasted good and if the order turned out the way I expected. I’ve NEVER had anyone at Domino’s do that before. It’s such a small thing, but it made me feel like my experience mattered.
Because of Terrence, this location has officially become the only Domino’s I trust now. The difference between the service I used to get at other stores and the service here is night and day. This was hands-down the best Domino’s experience I’ve ever had, and he’s the reason why.
If anyone from management reads this:
Keep Terrence. Give him a raise. Promote him.
He’s the kind of employee who actually makes customers want to come back.
I’ll definitely be returning, and it’s all because of the outstanding service from Terrence. Highly recommend this location just based on the way he runs things.
Nice to have a table available at this location.
No dried peppers or Parmesan cheese though
