Great Experience at Shake Shack!

Shake Shack never disappoints, and this location is one of my favorites. Their onion rings are absolutely amazing — super savory, crispy, and not greasy at all. I also love their chicken bites, always fresh and flavorful. The drive-thru here is surprisingly fast, and the customer service is consistently friendly and welcoming. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or treating yourself, the food quality is always top-notch.

The entire location is very clean, including the restrooms, which I appreciate. I usually stick to the drive-thru, and every visit has been smooth and efficient. Really glad I stopped by again — highly recommend this Shake Shack to anyone looking for great food, quick service, and an overall excellent experience!

Food was good, had good flavors. My avocado grill cheese was a bit slim for the price. Shakes were delicious. I had the coffee shake and my son had the chocolate. Both tasted really good. The place was clean and the booths were roomy. I can definitely see myself coming back here and check out a few other burger options. I like that they have a drive thru, super convenient if I just want to swing by real quick for a shake.

Do not go here. Waited 20 plus minutes for two burgers. Two fries and two shakes. Then two of the burgers were wrong and food did not taste good. Also inside the restaurant is not nice. Tables and chairs suck. They are not comfortable and not a nice vibe compared to the other ones

Placed an order for an avocado bacon cheeseburger and this was the avocado on it. I’m sorry but this rotten avocado is disgusting. You would think that a company that has “using BEST ingredients “ on their bags, the employees that cut open an avocado like this would toss it out and not try to feed it to a paying customer. This is not okay. The burgers are pricey and we want what we pay for! Do better!

The hamburger and onion rings were very good! The Ranch dressing for the onion rings was an awful tasting packet that most fast foods restaurants use. I don’t understand why Shake Shack takes the time to batter and deep fry the big fat onion rings and then give you premade packets of junkie ranch dressing. The strawberry shake was wonderful! The atmosphere was kind of cold with hard seats and very loud music. It was also not a very big dining area.

We each had the Carolina BBQ Burger With Fried Pickles, our mistake was choosing no bun and going with the lettuce wrap. The burger was tasty, but there was so much lettuce it was overwhelming, we ended up taking over half of it off and it’s not neatly wrapped so it was a real mess to eat. I added avocado to mine (extra $2) they forgot it, I asked and the sweet young lady brought me some on the side, it was so brown I didn’t want to eat it. The Smore shake was great, and staff was very friendly. There was plenty of seating inside and lots of parking.
For 2 of us to dine, 2 burgers, 1 shake, 1 soda, 1 order of cheese/ bacon fries the total was about $50.

This was tough, if I could give a 3.5 star I would. The food was all good. The burgers had good flavor. The chicken was nice a crispy, but very small sandwiches. The shakes (chocolate, Oreo and Funnel cake, and strawberry) were all good. The fries were a mix of crunchy and soft. The spicy fries were underwhelming as it’s just straight paprika and cayenne. The cheese sauce on the fries were a big hit for everyone. Very friendly staff and a kid friendly atmosphere. Four sandwiches, 4 shakes, 1 chicken bite, 3 orders of fries was $90. The price is just too much for what you get.

*** average food and high prices.
**** above average food at a reasonable price.
***** Unique food. The drive is worth the price.

I’ve passed by this when they were building it. On Monday night I had the chance to visit, and try their burgers. It’s nice to see they’re open late. Parking was no issue as I came around 10:30pm. Walking in there were four kiosks to order from; no one was working the counter. I’m not one for ordering from a kiosk as I don’t know the menu; plus I wouldn’t know any specials — like In n Out with their secret menu. I ordered a Double Shack Burger with Bacon, an order of crinkle cut fries, and a vanilla milkshake. My check came to $24+change after tax. I grabbed my placard with its number, and took a seat. The dining area is fairly clean, and offers booth and table seating. The wait wasn’t long, and when my food arrived I started with the milkshake. It was very thick, and had good flavor. Only one size too. To drink the shake I had to remove the lid. The french fries were ok. Not a golden brown crisp. I don’t know when they had filtered the oil in the fryer. They weren’t soggy, but could have used a little salt. The burger was your standard smash burger. Two patties with a good char; with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onions. The bun was very nice, and held up well. The prices are a la carte; so it’s more than In n Out, Habit, Wendy’s, Burger King, and Village Inn. I’m not sold on returning here based upon this experience. Only factor that, in desperation, would influence me are the hours. Before leaving I will say they are pet friendly as a woman brought her cat in with her; and the bathrooms are fairly clean. For more of their menu I’ve attached photos. If you’re in the mood for a decent burger, give them a try.

Burger was pretty good. I had the double Carolina BBQ Burger. Wife had the Mushroom Burger. She really likes that.
Got the bacon cheese fries to share. The bacon didn’t really add anything to the fries. The cheese sauce is the star of the fries.
We got 1 drink (iced tea) and 1 shake (vanilla). Both were good.

Total came out $42.64. That was a bit expensive for fast food.

Restaurant was pretty clean.

Didn’t really have interaction with the staff as I ordered on the kiosk. The person who brought us our food was nice enough. Said “here’s your order”. That’s the only interaction from staff we encountered.

Way too expensive. Will need to take out a loan to bring a family of four here. $62 for three double cheeseburgers ($12+ for each), two orders of fries ($5 each), and three drinks ($5 each, no refills). No combination menu, order on a machine (they have an option to tip the machine), not from a person. The food was good, the restaurant was very clean, and the environment was nice.
