This place useto be so nice but lately the employees are really rude and if they make a mistake on ur food they will mess it up more just because u asked them to fix It i manage a store so I know that is very unprofessional. I do not recommend going over there.

If I could I would rate zero stars my sister and I went to this location per it’s down the street from our house, Veronica “THE MANAGER” was the lady at the window we ordered our food at the speaker pulled up to the window we have her money she handed us the shake we ordered BUT it looked like a vanilla shake it tasted like a vanilla shake so we kindly asked Veronica if she could please have them remake it because it tasted like vanilla.. this woman really rolled her eyes, got the cup and slammed the window. Like lady your supposed to be a MANAGER, we pay for food we want it the way it’s supposed to be, well she bring us a new shake to the window again rolled her eyes, I look at it and immediately I can tell that it has too much chocolate way too much chocolate I tried it and it was almost inedible from how much chocolate they put in it, at this point I’m super upset so I just pick up the phone and I call corporate. (As I’m writing this my husband is on the way to get my milkshake fixed for the third time) EVERY TIME I GO TO THIS LOCATION I AM MET WITH ATTITUDE AND SARCASM DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION UNLESS HE LIKE ATTITUDE AND SARCASM WITH YOUR FOOD!

Food was delivered very quickly. Our order was correct, but not all of the screens are on, and it looks a little abandoned. Great food, though.

It’s just another sonic, nothing special to note. I don’t recommend getting soft serve unless you’re getting it from the drive thru, otherwise it will come melted.

Horrible experience tonight. Ordered ahead on the app. Waited over 40 minutes. Granted, it was a fairly big order. Still wasn’t ready and we were forced to leave to make it a ballgame. Another car had ordered two items only and waited over 20 minutes before leaving. Staff didn’t care of the inconvenience. Still waiting on my refund as well.

We waited around 15 minutes in drives in and no one responded while hearing others get serviced. Later went through the drive thur. While waiting we got our drink that were all larges but got one large. We also see other people get their food before us. As all of this we see the workers standing there doing nothing. Once we got our food that was clearing on the counter it was cold. Over needs to hirer more workers that actually work!

Not worth the hassle to stop. Waited 15 minutes at the drive thru for them to return my debit card after I was given the one drink I ordered 10 minutes earlier. Several cars were served in the line behind me and pulled around so there was no reason to keep my card. Staff was short and rude I had to knock on the window twice to be served. I don’t care what the owner has to say – this is a warning to avoid this place if you value your time and don’t wanted to be treated like garbage.
