I went yesterday, I ordered shrimp egg fu young and shrimp fried rice. I asked the woman if the shrimp was pre cooked, maybe she didn’t understand my question but the end result was pre cooked shrimp in both dishes. The shrimp tasted flavorless, over cooked and dry which threw the dishes off. It seems to be the trend to use cooked shrimp in Miami Chinese carry out restaurants. Its back to Sun house on sunrise and 9th ave in Fort Lauderdale for shrimp fried rice. Hope they haven’t adopted this method. .Very nice lady though
