GREAT FOOD!! If you like lean and meaty brisket, this is some of the best…made for super tasty flavorful sliders. The steak bites were tender and juicy, and the fries were seasoned just right. Enjoyed the scratch margaritas too! Service and atmosphere were excellent, can’t wait for the next visit.

Stopped in for a later dinner. We started with a couple drinks. A salty watermelon mule and a Bloody Mary. They were good. Then we got brisket egg rolls as an appetizer, they weren’t anything too special. But a fun twist and good idea for an egg roll, just missing any real smoke flavor or any flavor at that. We got a porknado sandwich, as well as brisky business burger. The porknado was great. The brisket burger was ok, but wasn’t anything over the top special.

New Hudson location! Always an amazing experience. The food is fantastic and the service is exceptional. My fiance and I first tried them at their food truck at the Cheese curd Festival and they were the main reason we kept driving the hour to the festival every year. I can’t recommend this place enough! I can’t sing their praises enough! Go here!!! You won’t regret it!!

Nice place in the town of River Falls. A hidden gem. Nice prices, Great menu options, family friendly and cozy. Fast service. Awesome sauces to choose from, if you like them hot or a little more on the sweet smoky side, they have it. In my opinion, if you get the naked. pulled pork sandwich, get the Memphis Style BBQ sauce. Goes like PB&J! LOL

Came over from the twin cities tried the Cubano, some maple bacon cheese curds, some buffalo chicken poutine, an a Polynesian brisket sandwich everything was delicious!! The staff was super friendly I can’t wait to come back!!

I ordered the brisket and fries. Brisket was super dry and somewhat tough. It was not authentic bbq as expected.
I only got about 7 french fries with my order…
Fiancée had the porknado and thought it was mediocre.
Food seemed to take awhile considering there was only one other table of people. We also never got refills on our waters.
Overall, average. Atmosphere and employees were polite and friendly.
Probably will not return anytime soon.

Best food I have had from a restaurant in a long while. The Mac is dank and the burgers are done to perfection. It is a meat eaters joint with meat on meat burgers and lost of BBQ! Portions are large so it’s worth what you pay in my opinion. My meal of a burger with mac last me 4 meals.
