Very long wait time. Ended up canceling my order. When I got there to pick up my pizza they said it was getting made right then. Ended up waiting about half hour and come to find out would have been atleast another hour. Canceled my order. Went to Stewart’s and had a pizza just as good if not better with in 10 mins

I ordered for delivery earlier today, get my food 40 minutes later which is fine, get a delivery guy named John who didn’t update the delivery notifications for a while after so my food was warm at most once i went outside to check. I grab my bag, and immediately get overwhelmed with the smell of cigarettes. This is extremely unpleasant and gross. My whole living room basically smells now. This is the first bad experience i’ve had with this location, i’ll give them that. Just disappointed.

The Domino’s location of Oswego. They used to have a deal with SUNY Oswego to be available to order using Laker Dining Dollars via GET Food, but this is no longer the case. Still a decent place for cheap pizza and late night food.

By way of “fast food pizza” this location is as good as it gets. I order maybe once a month but they’ve never screwed an order up and the food quality is consistently very good. The crew working when I go to pick up is always friendly and never seems exasperated that you exist. This is a take out restaurant so don’t expect to pop in and grab a booth, that said they still get a 5 for atmosphere just for cleanliness and a welcoming feel. Worth it.

I was really disappointed with my recent visit. I placed an online order and only had cash, but when I got there they refused to accept my $100 bill. I understand policies around large bills, but the way it was handled felt dismissive and unhelpful. There was no effort to offer a solution or alternative, just a flat-out “no.” Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, this experience left me furious. I called to speak with a manager and the woman who gave me the initial confrontation was apparently the manager and she continued to argue with me.
